We visited the store at Shires Retail Park, Leamington Spa today. Barinder has exceeded any expectation while serving us. He was polite, smiling, patient with our very demanding children and most importantly explained to us why we should choose specific styles so that we could make informed decisions on our purchases. Thank you very much.

We needed to change my son's school shoes a few weeks into term as they hurt. Barinder was excellent, very quickly spotted the issue was my son's very narrow feet, and found him some comfortable shoes. I had been nervous about going back, but Barinder really put us at ease. Thank you.

Kellie at the Leamington Shopping Park store was so so lovely and helped me find what I needed. Tried on a number of shoes and she was so patient and kind. Really appreciated all her help although it was a busy day!

Ordering school shoes online this year saved a heap of time and pain. I ordered the same pair of school shoes, in the next size up, for my son (yr11). I asked the assistant to check the sizing before leaving and all was good. Shopping for school uniform is arduous at best so this was an extremely positive experience.

Easy to make an appointment. On time. Made sure shoes fit before finalising sale. Good range of products

Excellent experience with Orla. Went with my son for school shoes and she was great- helpful, patient, kind and efficient! The shop had plenty of stock for what we needed and the young woman who greeted us was also welcoming and polite. Now this will be my favourite Clarks location.

Ryan was a great help today when getting school shoes for my son. He measured and double checked. Bought out a couple of options to try and made sure we were all happy before our purchase.
