Big shoutout to barinder excellent service and extremely friendly

Really friendly staff who kindly helped with an exchange and fitting and finding suitable shoes for my 2 year old. The lady Kellie who did the fitting for my boy was so sweet with him - lots of patience and there were even dinosaur stickers at the till! Great experience, thank you

The fantastically friendly and helpful attitude of Leamington Maybird’s shop assistant - Barinder.

I was allowed free time to browse the store at first, which I prefer to do when entering a shop. When I required help, and I was interested in a product, I was approached swiftly, and with great manners. Perfect adjustments were made due to discolouration of the product (due to display lighting), and I was correctly advertised a shoe care product, which was suited to the shoe I was buying- suede and nubuck restorer for the discolouration (instead of just pushing an unrelated shoe care product). Justine portrayed the perfect mix of politeness and time efficiency. The products I left with were perfectly suited to me, and I also felt listened to and cared about as an individual customer, not just as if I was another store statistic. I would recommend being served by Justine. Thank you.

I bought my baby's first shoes today, at the shop in leamington. I was very impressed by the service I received from Barinder. He was very thorough on explaining to me what to look for to ensure the fit is right, and he was particularly nice by acknowledging that this was a very special moment for me, as my daughter was wearing shoes for the first time. I wanted to recognise the amazing level of service I received today, I was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you Barinder!

We had a lovely warm reception from Barinder at Clarks (shires retail park) in leamington spa. Very polite young man, well informed, jolly and engaging. measured our 4yo's feet with great care and attention to detail. gave good advice. A very pleasant store experience indeed. Thank you.

Was a very friendly atmosphere, special shout out to Barinder who served us and was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Made both of us and our son feel very comfortable and got us some perfect shoes for him.

Visited Clarks shoe shop in Leamington Spa and was served very efficiently by Kellie. She was very engaging and very helpful. She didn’t make me feel as though I needed to choose quickly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I left with my purchase and was reassured by Kellie of the terms of returning them. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Clark’s in Leamington Spa today. Kitty has helped us choose our daughter first shoes. So important this milestone for a parent and we are happy that team are dedicated to advise. We highly recommend you go with confidence in their store as you will definitely leave satisfied. Very good. We were helped by Kellie who was really helpful and informative. Excellent service.

Kellie at the Leamington Spa store was just a delight! I came in late at the end of the working day to get my son's feet remeasured and she just showed so much kindness and patience to my two children. She helped entertain my 4 year old (who was a bit fed up from being dragged around the shops) and worked wonders at getting my 1 year old to behave sensibly while having his feet done. We left with three pairs of shoes and a very happy baby! Thank you so much for helping him to have a positive experience.

Justine in the Leamington store was very helpful and friendly towards my son. Clarks school shoes are tried and tested in my family for three generations-always recommend.

Just went into Clarks for slippers had amazing service from Kitty. A patient and kind young woman. My fiance and I came out with a pair of slippers two pairs of shoes for him and and order for another pair of shoes for me. She was ever soo nice and must of got about 10 pairs out for us to choose. A asset to Clarks. Thank you
