Not good service in this store came in yesterday with my daughter and today was expecting the same service but I didn’t get it I think the temps need a little more training as I had to worst day.

Laura who served us was amazing and had the best patience with my son Louie who is very particular about his shoes. These are his first school shoes and laura made him very happy with his decision on them. Thankyou Laura. Asset to clarks

I took my daughter to find a good pair of shoes to last her the whole school year for when she goes back. She was treated to some really good shoes and got her feet measured by a lovely welcoming young man James, from “Liverpool” town centre James made my day and my daughters day keep up the good work.👍🏼

On Friday 16th August we were served my Macy. We needed new school shoes for our 6 year old and 4 year old. Macy was extremely patient, especially with our 4 year old who wasn’t very happy about shoe shopping. Macy chatted with our 6 year old who was very excited about picking new shoes. Nothing was too much trouble even when we needed larger sizes. Overall Macy made the whole experience stress free and I was very happy to come away with new shoes for both our children! Macy is a real asset to your store!

Maria kerry and the dark headed manager were absolutely brilliant in sorting my issue out with my shoes that had got a fault. Thanks for all your help!

What a fantastic young lady Jamelia is, so helpful and patient with a smile on her face ,helped us choose and purchase our 4yr old granddaughters first school shoes.Jamelia is a credit to you, fantastic customer service.👍

I took my son to get his feet measured, and we were treated very well. The Assistant Mia was excellent in Liverpool City Centre. Mia made sure everything was alright. Nothing was any trouble.

Samia in the Liverpool store was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient with my daughter! Excellent service!

Really good school shoe fit experience today with Dan & Lucy in Liverpool. Really helpful truing sizes and told us about £10 off school shoes if you buy trainers. Daughter is really happy with her new shoes and trainers ready for school.

I went into Clark’s today with my 1 year old who now walking round everywhere for his feet measured in Clarks church street, staff member called Dan seen to us was super helpful was great with my baby even went into back to see if there any more selection in my baby’s show size I didn’t even ask him to do that, picked a pair which are lovely and was stress free experience!

Laura was fantastic with my son. She made the shoe fitting process easier than ever before when visited the Clarks branch on Church Street. Very friendly, professional and extremely patient which lead to outstanding customer service. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Sammy was great help with my 2 year old daughter pick 2 pairs of shoes. I would highly recommend Sammy and Clark’s to any parent shopping for kids shoes 10/10 for service, products & price

No respect by the manager! I stood at the till to pay and the manager at it ignored me and started talking to another customer who came after me, I said excuse me to her she said wait! And carried on talking to the other customer.

Fabulous team - Grace was amazing with my daughter who otherwise hates having her feet measured.

Booked for my daughters first shoe fitting. Supposed to be a memorable parental occasion. Staff member couldn't have been less enthusiastic, didn't engage my 16 month old at all who was unsure of why a stranger was trying to fasten down her foot. She barely spoke. It was uncomfortable & I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
Came to pay after unhelpful explanation of shoe options & it's explained I've been given 30% off. I was actually charged more than the label, mistakes happen, no big deal. So refund & repurchase at proper advertised price. Then she asked her colleague to cosign the refund receipt so she "didn't get fired over this" gesturing to my daughters first real pair of shoes.
Went downstairs to speak to a manager about how awful this member of staff had made me feel & they didn't introduce themselves. They didn't really say anything other than who was it.
So I left the shop feeling terrible & upset. I'd booked the appointment for 15 minutes after opening so it wasn't like the shop was busy. I won't be returning for her first school shoes.

Incredibly helpful staff. We were served by Grace in the kids section. Our son has a learning disability which can make shoe shopping a challenge! However, she was very helpful and found us all the sizes we needed. She even went and found the stock they had in the widest fitting (which he needs) in a style we had not asked for but subsequently bought. Sad to say, staff in a lot of shops don't give our son this level of care and attention so we were were very grateful and ended up buying three pairs of shoes!
