Ellie helped us find some new shoes for my little girl. She persisted in finding the right shoes for her (even though it took several attempts - wide feet, narrow heels) and was friendly & professional throughout despite the store being very busy. We’d always recommend Clark’s Loughborough as that staff there are brilliant & always happy to help.

Angel at the Loughborough shop was fantastic, just really helpful and caring, very keen to get it just right, even if it meant multiple trips to the store room! Thank you very much, highly recommended

Staff always really helpful and very knowledgeable. Have been 3 times in the past 3 months to get various shoes for my kids, and incredibly positive experience each time.
I've tried buying shoes for them from various places, but always default back to Clarks for the longevity of the shoes.
Had an issue with a pair I'd bought recently, and came in to discuss - really great customer service and brilliant in resolving.
And a big thank you to Angel - who helped us with the recent issue and previously in measuring the kids up. She is absolutely brilliant, fantastic with the kids, and a big factor in our return visits!

Neve served us today and did a super job helping our little fashionista choose her shoes for school
She was super thorough and answered our questions on shoe protection/restoration without being pushy which is great because our girl can’t resist a shiny shoe!

Very fast and efficient service, Neve was great with my 5 year old.

Service was great, I took my granddaughter to be measured and fitted for her first pair of scholl shoes. Greeted with a warm smile when we entered the shop and then excellent service from Angel the sales assistant

First school shoes for my 4 year old and Will was amazing at the Loughborough store. My little girl can get very nervous but he was really good with her, spoke to her about her shoes, about school and she walked out with the biggest smile on her face!

We went into the Loughborough store today to purchase new school shoes for my daughter and were helped by a lovely lady named Angel. She was really good with my daughter and just generally helpful and nice to deal with.

I went into the Loughborough Branch yesterday at 5.20pm (I realised after that the store closed at 5.30pm and was very apologetic about it) and was helped by the lovely Nazira! She helped me measure my feet and pick a very comfy pair of trainers.
Big thank you to Nazira for being so friendly and accommodating. As someone with anxiety, she certainly helped me remain calm and not feel overwhelmed picking a pair a shoes.

Very professional and friendly service by zainab

We visited the Loughborough store today and despite the store being really busy, we were greeted promptly by Will and shown to an area to wait for a fitting. Wait time was a matter of minutes. Will was really patient as we had visited with my brother who is non-speaking, autistic and a wheelchair user. He ensured to take his time and ask us how we would like to go about the fitting and if adjustments were required. My mother was really nervous about a fitting prior to our arrival but Will was so helpful and reassuring throughout that the process went really smoothly! Thanks so much. Would highly recommend the store.

Neve was wonderful with my three year old daughter, fitting her for her first pair of school shoes - patient, friendly - she really went above and beyond to make my little one feel safe and happy - thank you Neve!

Everyone was friendly. No waiting around and Will at the Loughborough store was brilliant with my grandsons.
