I’ve just moved to Loughborough and discovered my local Clark’s store I’ve been in twice and have been looked after Angel - I must say she is an absolute star ⭐ of the branch she went above and beyond to find the shoes I wanted even by ordering them in for me as they were on sale and not many left - Clark’s need to keep good staff like Angel with her positive & super friendly attitude and progress her to supervisor/management. I have been in retail, hospitality & leisure from many years and would have placed her in one of my stores in London

Neve at the Loughborough store was fabulous at fitting trainers for my shy toddler. We were lucky to have the store to ourselves and she was patient and understanding to us.

Nazira was very attentive and helpful; very professional and friendly.

Ellie at the Loughborough store was brilliant with us for my daughters first shoe fitting and helped us to find a lovely pair at an excellent price! Her patience was amazing as my little one wanted feeding half way through trying shoes on and was very bouncy as 11month olds are haha 😄 thank you again Ellie

Had great service here from Nazira. Helpful, polite and not too pushy. Went in looking for white trainers as a recent purchase from fitflop was disappointing to say the least.
Despite being busy Nazira still shared hee time between customers and was happy to make suggestions and answer questions to help. Love the Calo trainers I got so much that I also bought a second pair. This is down to the shoes looking and feeling great but also to Nazira making it such a pleasant shopping experience. Wearing at work now and v comfortable so will definitely be back to shop so thank you Nazira who I think was managing the shop on her own that day.

Angel in the Loughborough branch was fantastic! She measured our baby for her first shoes and she could not have been more brilliant. Thank you!

We visited Clarks at Loughborough and had Alex helping us out with measuring the kids feet and picked the right shoes for them. Alex was super helpful and thorough. He made sure the kids were comfortable with what they chose. Highly recommend👍🏼

Ellie was simply the best! She was attentive and answered all the questions that I had concerning my son’s school shoes. Her expertise (and charisma!) definitely made me choose Clarks. It was our first time as customers and definitely not the last.

Angel at Loughborough was the most lovely assistant who made buying our shoes a nice experience! She was kind to my 3 year old and gave very good advice on fitting. Made it worth trekking out to the shop on a cold rainy afternoon.

Had a lovely experience this morning in the Loughborough Clarks store. The staff memeber Alex was such a huge help! My son who just turned 2 needed new shoes and I wasn't sure on his size, Alex helped measure him in detail and try a few options of styles and sizes on one of my sons foot width was bigger than the other and he really accommodated for that.

We visited the Loughborough Clarks store this Saturday to get our 16 month old daughter fitted for her first walking shoes. Alex helped us with this and was really friendly and attentive. He was really supportive of Isabel in terms of making sure she was comfortable and calm and that the shoes fitted properly. We ended up buying two pairs of shoes. Thank you.

I purchased the ATL Trek Up Waterproof Black Leather boots online, expecting high quality considering their price. Unfortunately, when I wore them for the first time, I discovered within just 15 minutes of walking that they were dangerously slippery. This is extremely concerning for waterproof boots, as slip resistance is a basic expectation. I attempted to return them to the store, but my request was denied because the boots had been worn outside. Given that I purchased them online, there was no way to test their safety on firm ground without wearing them outside of the house. When I brought the boots to the store, they were completely clean and showed no signs of wear, and they had only been worn for 15 minutes (less than 15 minutes since their slipperiness made it impossible to walk safely!). This experience has been deeply disappointing. I’m now stuck with an expensive pair of boots that I cannot use. I will not be purchasing from Clarks again and will be sharing this experience with friends and family to warn them about this issue.

We visited the Loughborough Clarkes store today. A young gentleman and two ladies came to serve us. I only caught Angels name. It was the best service, laughing and joking, assisting us with several purchases. You have a great team here. A fantastic service!

Angel was wonderfully helpful, very patient and naturally witty. She is a great credit to the store.
