Lily gave me excellent customer service and is an asset to the shop. She was very informative and offered me alternatives to what I looked at which resulted in myself buying a pair of trainers that she’d recommended. She was very cheerful and nothing was too much bother for her.

Jo at Lowestoft branch was helpful and made a tricky situation (getting shoes for a 2 Yr old) easier 😀

I recently entered the Lowestoft branch in search of some basic canvas trainers for my little boy to wear to nursery and possibly some summer sandals. We were served by Jo and she was an actual dream. She understood the assignment. I was not looking to spend lots of money, the shoes were intended to be trashed 😂 she managed to find me a hugely reduced pair and really played them up to my boy, knowing that we needed to leave with them and not the more expensive alternatives. She also found the perfect summer sandals for him and really including him in the experience. I was prepared to pay full price for these but they were unexpectedly discounted at till. We had a pretty poor experience at this very same store when trying to buy my son's first pair of shoes. I left annoyed, frustrated and shoeless, but Jo totally rejuvenated my faith in this store which I am so glad about, as it's the only credible shoe shop for little feet within a 30mile radius. The staff this time were better trained, more intuitive and the choice was far far better. I only marked down as there was a few styles I liked which weren't in stock in his size (but I'll probably get them on the website)

Well tbh the shop looked like it was held together vinegar n brown paper witch made me want to go to Norwich, but I've recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis so that opinion was out of the question for me, so on wards n upwards I reluctantly hobbled in to the store where I was pleasantly surprised a member of staff Jo as I now no her she gave me more advice on the condition of my feet in layman's terms than I was given by my drs ! And I'm already feeling the benefit of the advice and a great pair of cross trainer climbing shoes what I wouldn't have thought of as being any good for the condition of my feet ? So thank you Jo x but I really think it's time to tell Mr Clark it's time for the shop to get an upgrade no offence it's just looking a bit worn down but your staff are a credit to you ! Approached as soon as we entered the Lowestoft Store. Lily and Lois couldn't have been more helpful.

We had two very pleasant young people help us at the Lowestoft store today.

Lois and Lily were extremely polite and put my daughter at ease when buying some new school shoes.

Assisted by Jo who was excellent. Very thorough, respectful and considerate in finding exactly the right style and fit. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes and left extremely satisfied.

The lady working there (Lily F) was so nice she helped me find what I needed and was very polite.

Excellent service and help by Lynzi. Couldn't fault her help and assistance - went out of her way to help.

I visited Clark’s in Lowestoft today and the staff there were very friendly, lily measured my granddaughters feet and lily was very professional she made sure she interacted with granddaughter. I’m so pleased with the whole process

We took our son in to the Lowestoft Store get his feet measured and we were seen by Lily. She was very patient and helpful and very friendly. We came out with a happy boy in a new pair of shoes!

The Lowestoft Store was a lovely shopping experience. The Staff were so helpful, Jo served me today and was very helpful offering good shoes care advise.

A great trip for my younger 2 children. They were very patient and even when I asked about other shoes they were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Jo and Jess must have done so many steps in the time we were there going up and down the stairs to find different sizes. Thank you ladies! The children love their new shoes.

Went in to clarks for supportive work shoes, came out with supportive work shoes. Great help and service from Laila. I knew roughly what i wanted and she advised and found me the right shoes. Made everything very easy for me.

I was helped by Jo at the Lowestoft store on Friday with my grandson.
He needed his first pair of shoes & Jo measured his feet & explained that he needed cruiser shoes & why!

I’m a regular customer with Lowestoft store, every time I go the staff are so attentive and welcoming. I’m always served by either of two lovely ladies Lynzi or Zoe, they are both brilliant with children always smiling very helpful. I’ll always give positive feedback when it’s due. I have been to other stores before, but it’s not the same, I’ll always go back to Lowestoft store for their customer service.
