I’d like to share my appreciation for Jamie, a hardworking staff member at Clark’s in the Trafford Centre. I visited the shop twice recently and was genuinely impressed both times. Jamie was not only attentive and helpful with me but also went out of his way to assist other customers with patience and care. It’s always refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism — thank you, Jamie, for your excellent service!

I went into the trafford centre at the start of the week and i have to say i havent received customer service like i did in a long time. Zahid was an exceptional employee, demonstrating both remarkable work ethic and exemplary manners. His professionalism and dedication consistently stand out what a service it was!

My wife recently visited Clarks in the Trafford Centre in search of a pair of slippers, and although she didn’t find the right fit, she left feeling truly impressed. A lovely lady member of staff went above and beyond to assist her, offering exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping her find the perfect pair. Her kindness and professionalism restored our faith in great customer service. A wonderful experience—We will definitely be returning!

We were served by Zahid. He was really helpful and patient serving my 1 year old find the perfect fitting shoes despite her best efforts to crawl away.

I bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter in January from Clarks at the Trafford Centre which fell apart within 3 weeks of my daughter wearing them at school. Excellent service when I returned them, a full no quibble exchange was given due to the shoes clearly being defective. I always receive excellent customer service from any of the staff, however, this time I felt Deniqueka went above and beyond. Extremely attentive service with one happy daughter. This is why I return to this store year on year. Thank you.

Went into the store and was met by the manager who asked what we needed and got a colleague to help us. We were met with an absolute star colleague called Zahid. He found the last pair of shoes for us and he went above and beyond - told his manager when we were leaving he is a star- aways go to Clarks for my son school shoes and will come back to this shop because of Zahid!

I came in the Trafford Centre store with my 2 year old son to have his feet measured and check his shoes were fitting him appropriately. Zahid double checked and confirmed shoe size remained the same as our previous visit and offered his assistance to try on shoes, if needed. We chose not to try on any shoes today but wanted to leave a review of what a lovely young man Zahid is and how his customer service was brilliant. He was super friendly and great with my son too.

Zahid served us today at the Trafford centre store with my almost 2 year old who is in the challenging ‘terrible 2’s’ phase of life and Zahid was so accommodating and patient he got lots of shoes for us to try until we found some that were right. He was so pleasant and friendly, it really made a difference. Thank you Zahid you were wonderful today!

We recently made a trip from Middlesbrough to the Trafford centre Clark’s shop with our baby daughter in tow - we were welcomed by a lovely lady called Ayesha who was so wonderful with our daughter - she made her feel at ease as she measured her foot and spent time to really listen to us and accommodate our preferences with her high level of expertise - thank you for such a positive and seamless experience - you are an asset to this company :)

What delightful and uplifting shopping experience today at Clarks Shoes Trafford centre. Staff were so pleasant, polite, and very helpful. Well done all the team.

Beth and Gary really went above and beyond to give us quality service when we visited the store looking for boots for my daughter. The store was busy yet they were generous with their time and made sure we got the shoes we needed. Thanks very much. Definitely recommend going in store.

We went to buy first shoes for our son and Huzail was a great help. From the moment we walked into the shop, Huzail asked if we needed help and proceeded to help us choose shoes for our son. He measured our son’s feet and then brought out a selection of shoes. He made sure we were happy with the shoes that we wanted to buy. He was patient, helpful, very polite and friendly.

went to Trafford centre Clarks and was welcomed straight away. Then was handed to Beth who measure three of our children. She was extremely patient (with the boys as they were wiggly) and so friendly and engaging with our 4 year old. I would highly recommend coming here and ask for Beth’s help. Thanks
