Online purchase was seamless
Online purchase was seamless. Easy collection from store. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside, i wasn't offered a bag, and had to carry a shoebox around whilst shopping in other stores.

Horrible Store Manager
Can I start by stating what a Horrible, Inconsiderate, Rude store manager Trafford center clarks has, Think his name is Gary. The way I have just witnessed him talk to his staff infront of customers, you can only imagine how he acts behind the scenes. I actually feel sorry for anyone working under him. I will not be returning to that store as he was very rude. The young lady that served me was absolutely fantastic, could not fault her at all! Abi C, Thank you but please get out of that horrid place!!!

I visited the store on Monday evening…
I visited the store on Monday evening close to 5pm hoping to purchase my sons school shoes and what I wanted to be a nice, smooth & easy experience for him and myself.
However, I witnessed who I am assuming is the store manager (older looking man), scold a group of his staff members and also a younger looking girl who I’m assuming was in a higher position than the rest of the staff due to most of his aggressive speaking being towards her. The look on the staff members face was unforgettable hence why I’m now writing this review, if anybody spoke to my child like that in their workplace I would be extremely dissapointed. He was rude, he was loud & wouldn’t let any of the staff speak for themselves. This turned what I hoped to be a nice shopping experience into a really uncomfortable, disturbing one and this resulted in me leaving the store and travelling to the arndale store yesterday (Tuesday 5th) instead where I had a much more pleasant experience.
I won’t be returning back here as not only was it myself that was made to feel uncomfortable, but also the staff & the other few customers that were in store.
I personally just think it is unacceptable behaviour and especially unprofessional infront of the public. Also very embarrassing for the group of staff members he was telling off. From what I witnessed, these staff were doing their jobs and being extremely helpful with any customer who needed help so I couldn’t quite understand his issue.
Clark’s Trafford centre, you need to get your manager some help with his frustration and to understand how to act professionally
The 2 stars are for the staff who deserve it, unfortunately it was an awful experience

Autistic child visit
We visited the shop at the Trafford centre. My daughter is non-speaking and getting feet measured is always stressful. We were seen to by Grace, and she was lovely with my daughter. She gave her a quiet space to have her feet measured and my daughter was so calm because of her. Very grateful for the experience.
