Great staff, made the shoe picking process so easy

Zunah at the Trafford centre was amazing with my little girl and fitting her for some new shoes. Great service again. Will be back when she goes up next time x

Sabeya in the Trafford store was absolutely amazing and very efficient.

We attended for a shoe fitting & school shoes today at the Trafford centre store.
My son has extremely narrow feet,
Harriet took her time bringing out different shoes & insoles to attempt to fit. Harriet must have gone up and down to the store room around 4/5 times for different shoes before we finally got the ones that fit perfectly.

Rosa at the Trafford centre Clark's was excellent in fitting my three kids and helping me to the shoes, pointing out particular deals and having a nice relationship with the children. Thank you very much Rosa, it made the experience excellent and we sorted what we came for.

The dreaded back to school shoe shop!
We went to the very busy Trafford Centre store where all the staff were organised and wonderful and we didn't have to wait too long. We were helped by the lovely Chandi. With 2 little boys on the spectrum, shoe shopping can be a struggle but she was so incredibly helpful and patient with my boys. Thank you for making this a super easy experience for us!

Excellent experience at the Trafford Centre store!

During a busy day for back to school shoes, we booked an appointment in advance and were then accompanied by Isabelle. My son who seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people and the noise in store, Isabelle recognised this and took us into a back room corridor so that it was quieter. My son immediately calmed down and we were able to pick his shoes then quite quickly. Isabelle is an asset to the team!
