If could give 10 stars for Jamie at the Trafford Centre I would. He couldn't have been more helpful and was very knowledgeable. Great experience. X

Urisa as excellent with my daughter today 100% they didn’t have what she wanted so she came up with lots of options for her to choose from and clearly knew how to talk to children and how to fit shoes properly and competently. Well done and thank you Clarks and urisa. Also the store was very busy but very well organised. Well done to the supervisor/manager in charge today

We used Clarks in the Trafford Centre today and expected it to be horrendous with the back to school rush. Absolutely not! It was incredibly well managed, and, most importantly, very calm! The young person who served us (Arissa) was just lovely! Very personable, friendly and did a great job. This particular store will definitely be the one we come back to in future. Well done to all for making this as stress-free as possible!

Beth made the whole experience of buying school shoes relaxed and easy. She was helpful and guided us with our choices.

Great experience today getting my boys shoes, I always dread this but left feeling very happy and not overwhelmed at all. Got a ticket from Denika who got us seen very quickly and the lovely lady she gave us sorry I didn’t get her name. Measured and got them different ones in their sizes to try. Straight to the tills and the server Huzail help with a small change and advise I’d asked. Very helpful 👍🏼 Trafford centre branch

Isabelle measured my step son and step daughters feet and selected multiple sizes for them to try. She listened to the children (feel too big, feel too tight) and helped them select the school shoes they felt most comfortable in. Lovely girl :)

Very busy today had 4 of my kids come to be fitted and get school shoes. Yusra did a great job measuring and getting all the shoes despite there being 4 of them and being a bit naughty .Really impressed with the shoes . Thanks
