Fantastic service from a lovely patient lady call Gill at the Oldham Store

I visited Clark’s in Oldham to exchange my daughter’s shoes. We were served by Zak, who was absolutely wonderful! My daughter had tried on a number of shoes but wanted a particular one which didn’t fit correctly and she became visibly upset. Zak said she couldn’t see a child upset and found a way around this by adding different insoles until they fit perfectly. Customer service at its finest! Thank you Zak for making my daughter’s day. 😊

I wear orthotics and getting the correct fitting shoes is difficult.Jill spent a lot of time asking what i wanted them for and then finding me suitable options .I tried on numerous shoes and chose a pair as well as a pair of boots

I was helped by a lovely lady today at Oldham store call Zak Lovely personality and assisted me with my discount

Unable to return unwanted items to the local high street Clark’s store was told items could only be returned to Clark’s outlet stores which is difficult as its further for me to travel. Previously I have returned items at the local store so I’m unsure what’s changed will not be ordering from Clark’s outlet again due to sheer inconvenience

We visited the Oldham store for school shoes and were greeted by Gill - from the get go, Gill was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She listened to what we needed and we left with the most perfect school shoes for my girl - top class service and high quality shoes - Clark’s will forever be our number one choice for school shoes

Gill at Oldham store was fantastic. So thorough - really took her time and we felt like we had time to consider our purchase. Can’t beat Clark’s for a good experience

Ordered some shoes on line but they were not suitable. I took back to the Oldham branch Clarks for either a refund or alternative pair. The member of staff, called Gill, could not have been more helpful helping me select another pair of shoes & giving lots of advice. Extremely happy with my exchange & the customer service I received. Thank you Gill.

Excellent customer service from Zak went over and above

Gill was very good in Oldham store measured my feet and tried several pairs of trainers on till they was the best fit for me

Zak at the oldham branch in Spindles was calm and really understanding of our childrens needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her, we managed to be in and out with a 2 and 7 years old feet measured shoes bought and no tears! Thank you Zak!

Gill at the Oldham store was so helpful today! She professionally measured both my 15 year old and 8 year old’s feet, advising on sizes of school shoes and explaining as she went along so I
could understand her rationale. She filled me with lots of confidence, and spent time with us without rushing when we were deciding on the right pair of school shoes. Really happy with the service!!

We were so worried about our daughter having shoes that fit and Zak reassured us and helped us keep our daughter interested. She also amazingly handled some disruption from a customer who was demanding assistance all at the same time. Thank you Zak.
