Ordered a pair of shoes online 20/5/24 to be delivered to store, I was told I’d be emailed when they arrived and I wasn’t. When I got in touch with the store to check they said they had problems emailing and they were there. By the time I’d picked them up a few weeks had passed.
The shoes didn’t fit so I wanted to return them but there was no option online as I’d had them too long (only a couple of days after collecting). So I tried contacting customer support via their online enquiry form, and also through the online chat option. Im still waiting for a response from them days later.
Went into store to speak to staff about getting a returns label, but they said they couldn’t help as it was an online order.
So I’m left with a pair of shoes that don’t fit and I can’t send back.
Ordered on 20/5/2024 … email to confirm delivery to store received 21/6/2024..

Buying first shoes
Really good experience buying my son’s first shoes, Sam were incredibly helpful and patient. Would return in the future.
