Visited for school shoes, Lauren was great and patient with my daughter. I explained that my daughter has autism and struggles to find shoes that are comfortable, Lauren was understanding of her sensory needs and ensured she got the right fit that felt comfortable and gave options too!

Lauren was just wonderful. I brought my friend in for new shoes. He has Downs Sydrome and very odd shaped feet. Lauren was patient and very knowledgeable about the best shoes she could recommend for him. So kind and lovely. Thank you!

Krystle was excellent at sorting the correct shoes for my problematic feet. No pressure and held the shoes for an hour whilst I made up my mind. Highly recommend the team at the Queensgate branch

Have visited the Queensgate Peterborough store this morning for a pair of slippers & couldn't have got better service anywhere else. Krystle was brilliant at sorting out a lovely pair for me after suggesting what would be better for my arthritic feet. They feel so comfy & just as important for me, I feel safe as my previous pairs were the cause for occasional falls. Thank you to all.

Lauren the lady serving us was very patient with my daughter who is very opinionated and knows her mind.
She was also very knowledgeable of the products and offered brilliant insight into the products. Offering up alternatives and pros and cons on the products making sure that my six year old got a perfect fit.

Went into the Peterborough store, to sort some more school shoes out for our son. Jack who served us was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We came away with a pair of shoes and my son is really happy with them

Went to the Queensgate store and was served very efficiently by Clare and purchased a very comfortable pair of shoes.

Excellent service from the staff, particularly Molly who took a lot of time to make sure that I had the right shoes.

I visit the Queensgate store often and each time I get helped by a lovely young lady called Clare, who is always smiling and so helpful. She is a very good manager clearly as I can see how see interacts with her team. Keep up the great work, see you next time.

The lady that served us today was Krystle H at Peterborough Queensfate store. She was absolutely lovely, very patient and very knowledgeable about helping me pick my boots today. Would thoroughly recommend this particular store. Thank you ☺️

Was given advice on the best type of shoes to go for with my teenage son who has worn his current pair out in just 7 weeks. They were able to fit and advise further on availability and sizes. The shoes he liked were too tight along the lace line so they advised going up half a size which would help with this rather than adjust the width which worked.

Great customer service!! The staff(Molly) who served me was very nice and helpful. She didn’t have a problem going back and forth to the storage to get me various sizes of the Clark unloops I wanted until I got my perfect size..

Jonti was kind, considerate, helpful and listened carefully to what we said.
He is a credit to the company, and we l,my son I, sincerely feel that he should be made a senior regional manager within the company, possibly even joint owner of Clarks.

The girls were very informative, Lauren was very helpful and knew what she was doing. We really liked molly as she was really humble and sweet, she was approachable and tried really hard while being trained. My little one left with her first pair of shoes

Clare, Manager is not just a great sales woman but also a good people's person. We felt welcomed, respected and cared for, as she assisted us. I bought because she was generous with the discount offered for the product I need and liked.

Kayla was very good with both my two. She made me feel relaxed and both my children warmed to her. Very happy with the service I received.

Didn’t have to queue getting my granddaughter measured….lovely young man engaged well with her and suggested some great sandals in her new size
