There was no queue for back to school measuring and we were greeted at the door with a smile.
Kayla served us and she was friendly and efficient, offering advice on styles. She took care in measuring and made sure our grandson was happy and comfortable in his choice.

I received a great service from Georgia. She measured 2 of my childrens feet for school shoes trying various styles to get the best fit. She was lovely and friendly as was the young man serving on the till. A friendly manner can be very hard to come across these days.

First pair of school shoes - naturally a busy time for shoe shops but went to Clark’s Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough. Very short wait (which was explained to me which was fine) and I was served by Alyssa who was great with my son and did thorough checks were done during the fitting. My son was completely relaxed and happy with Alyssa and the fitting so no issues. Kudos to the whole team during a busy spell and good luck to Alyssa during her training.

Bought back to school shoes at end of holidays in Peterborough. Jack served us and was really nice, calm, helpful and personable while assisting a 9yr old girl and 13 Yr old boy. Two pairs of shoes, 1 pair of trainers later everyone was happy. Really good experience and will go bk again next year I'm sure!

I was dreading buying school shoes the weekend before school starts, but I was in and out in 10 minutes. Alyssa (in Queensgate), was polite and efficient. She showed my son the options, checked his size, brought shoes (plus options), checked fit, made him walk and he was satisfied. Perfect. The only reason for missing a star is having paper bags and still charging. I just spent £50 on shoes, you've got around the bag charge, but still punish me for my "benefit". It's just stupid.

Went and had a school shoe fitting today for both my girls and Georgia was so lovely and helpful. My eldest daughter is suspected to have autism and Georgia was so patient and kind to her when the shoes she wanted wasn't in stock. Georgia found different ones and helped my daughter choose. Very happy with today's shopping experience.

When entering the store, we were greeted by a member of staff, who was warm, informative and welcoming. He gave us a ticket as we were buying school shoes for the new academic year.
The manager was friendly and informative. She kept us informed on when we would be seen.
When it was our turn, Remi supported us choose the pair that we bought. Our daughter has special educational needs and Remi was able to connect with her immediately. Remi was patient and read our daughter’s cues. This led to a successful purchase.
First class experience.
