We were served this weekend by Lola in the Peterborough Queensgate store. It was very busy but Lola gave us her full attention and was really helpful. Thank you for great service!

We were in search for comfortable school shoes for my daughter. We went to Clarks and were helped by Alicia one of the trained fitters.....she was great with her. Very helpful and got a pair my daughter absolutely love!
Despite how busy it was, we were served in no time....Great service from the team!!!

Visited Peterborough Clark’s shop on a Saturday in August (peak school fitting time). Shop was busy, with customers, parents with children being served by newly trained staff. The whole shop felt buzzing and looked to be working very well. I was served by Clare and Lily and they were fabulous and knowledge about what would suit and fit wide feet. Even though they were extremely busy they provided an excellent, professional and enjoyable service. Well done Clare and Lily! I’ll come again.

Amy was amazingly helpful and efficient in measuring, fitting and providing choices for my 12 year old twins.

Both children were greeted warmly by Amy. She was tentative and checked the children’s shoes well (20 yrs of getting school shoes fitted).

Caitlin was lovely, great with the children, took her time and listened to what the children wanted.
Bought out shoes that they children had actually chosen and was just generally really nice.

We came to Queensgate Clark’s to get my son his first pair of school shoes. Megan served us who was very professional and amazing with both my boys. She done a great job getting my eldest sized for his shoes (usually plays up) then my youngest wanted a turn and ended up coming out with a pair of shoes for each of them.

Took our 7year old and 4 year old to Clark’s at Queensgate today for their new school shoes. Alex, who assisted us was great. He was very polite and friendly and did a fantastic job ☺️

We were served by Krystle who immediately recognised my daughter’s anxiety surrounding purchasing school shoes. She spoke kindly, calmly and demonstrated a super knowledge which she articulated expertly. Something which could have been an awful experience was truly phenomenal! Thank you.

Had a great experience whilst choosing the perfect shoes and fit for our toddler. Staff named Alyssa was very accommodating.

Great service given by Lily. We had visited another Clarks and were given shoes that were a different size to what was measured and it had been playing on our mind. We visited Peterborough and this time got what was measured which put mind at ease. Lily was great with the kids and we would definitely recommend the store to others.

We went to Clarks for school shoes today and were helped by Rebecca. She interacted really well with the children and was professional and knowledgeable. The Clarks store was very busy (as expected) but we were helped very quickly.

Went in with my two daughters and it was busy but we had booked before hand. We had Megan help us who was attentive to my daughter’s needs and nothing was too much trouble. She also highlighted an in-store promo on trainers to save £10 which we also bought too. Thank you Megan credit to the team.
