The members of staff were extremely helpful and polite, therefore leading to a more a enjoyable and positive experience for me as the customer.

The Clarks shop today was prepared and fully staffed for the buying of School Shoes.
Our assistant Rebecca was attentive and made my child feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her, resulting in the purchase of shoes without too much hassle. Which is great as any parent will agree can be a tricky experience.

We had the best shopping experience with Caitlin today at Clarks Queensgate, Peterborough. I came in with my daughter for some new school shoes. Caitlin was so efficient, friendly & fitted my daughter's new shoes perfectly. We have had poor experiences in the past in this store, which can be difficult with small kids, but Caitlin was fantastic, and made the whole experience much easier. I was shocked to learn that she was in training as she seemed much more experienced than most. Thank you Caitlin

Thank you to Sucess in the Peterborough store, she was very patient with my daughter and I, when getting school shoes yesterday.

Kemi was very helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient with my son who tried on many pairs of shoes.

The only downside was the lady who I assume was the store manager on the day, speaking to the younger employees in a condescending way in front of customers.

Really great fitting from Georgia at Queensgate Peterborough store today. Very patient with 2 boys picking which shoes they liked, thorough and explaining everything in the fitting, and was friendly, engaging boys in conversation and involving them in the process.

The annual school shoe buying visit was due, usually filled with a bit of dread as you never know how the kids are going to be waiting around and trying on 'boring' shoes!
Every member of staff was really helpful, no real waiting around as it was all ran so smoothly. Big thank you to Kemi, who was wonderful with the children. She really knew what she was doing, even with the boys trying to sit on each other!
That little bit of dread has now gone for the next visit, thank you!

Went to Clark’s Peterborough and Kemi was an absolute super star. As a dad taking my 6 year old and 4 year old shoe shopping it wasn’t something I was looking forward to. Kemi helped me every step of the way. She is a real asset to your company and hope she’s gets the recognition for her fantastic service. Thank you Kemi 😊

I came in to the Queensgate store in Peterborough to look at new shoes for a wedding, I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sophie she was smiley and polite which was refreshing to see, many thanks for your help choosing my shoes.

Alicia at Peterborough Queensgate was a delight. Very good personal skills and very helpful. After only 4 days on the job she was able to fulfill our needs of buying a pair of shoes for our son and trainers for our daughter. If ever she was unsure of anything she double checked with her surly manager so that we weren’t disappointed with our choices. Thank you for persevering Alicia!
