We went into store in Shrewsbury with our daughter who is 11 months old to get her first pair of shoes since she’s been walking. He was really friendly, great help and such a lovely person. Honestly made our experience so magical! Thank you so much

5 star service from Emily who fitted our children with new school shoes. She was great with the kids and very attentive on what was a very busy day in the holidays.

Unfortunately we found the manager to be rude and impatient. Our children's feet were measured and then we were offered what styles were in stock. I did not like those styles- they were overly fussy trainer type shoes marketed in the school shoe section. My son's didn't fit, he had clearly been measured incorrectly, but the same horrible shoe was trundled back out. We bought the shoes because we were being rushed out of the store. My husband then returned them and the return was done incorrectly. If I hadn't flagged it we would have been under-refunded.

Popped into Clarks Shrewsbury to try on some shoes for work and was served by Sam. He was very helpful indeed and didn't mind fetching several styles and sizes for me and knowledgeable about the different shoes and their fit. Even though I couldn't find the right one for me he was extremely pleasant and polite, an asset to the branch.

Sarah measured my daughter's feet for her first pair of shoes and helped us choose some. The shop was very busy due to the back-to-school rush, but Sarah gave us her full attention and she was super friendly and helpful.
We'll definitely be returning to clarks in Shrewsbury when we can!

Emily was a great fitter. She asked my children's names and made them both feel comfortable. She listened to my daughter (4) and to me, dealing with everything calmly and professionally. Thank you.

Kezia at Shrewsbury was very helpful throughout, she was lovely chatting with my 13-year old daughter. Shrewsbury branch is much better than Chester branch.

Jazz made the termly stress of school shoe buying melt away. She was friendly, cheerful and skilled and had a lovely manner with both my children despite the age range. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done Jazz you will go far!

ALFIE from the Shrewsbury store was a breath of fresh air for me and my daughters! He was very approachable, friendly and extremely professional when it came to helping choose the right shoe for my girls for back to school! He sat patiently with my twins Summer and Willow and supported to find the right size and fitting for their feet! Alfie was very informative throughout yet not pushy in choosing shoes with them. He brought a vast selection of school shoes for the girls to decide from and we left the store with 2 very happy girls and a mum still with her marbles and 2 new pairs of school shoes. Alfie took the stress of measuring and getting the right shoes for my girls and is a huge credit to the Clarks team! Thankyou Again Alfie!

Ethan was really helpful and made my little boy feel very comfortable.

I visited with my 2 daughters to get school shoes. We were served by Jenny, who was so very patient with my kids and I, and answered their questions and gave advice about the shoes. She helped them to work out which felt better in different situations, and gave feedback about how the leather shoes will change over time. She was very patient with us, and was great. Thank you for your great service.

I took both my children in to Clark’s today. We had booked on line and it was busy but the shop assistants were all very apologetic about any wait (we were 10min early and only waited 5mins anyway). We were seen by Sam H. He was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, chatty and amiable but absolutely got the job done. It was decided that my son’s current shoes were ok, they still fitted him. I felt that was really honest of Sam. My daughter did come anyway with a gorgeous new pair of school shoes. We really couldn’t have been treated better.
