Sarah was so helpful with measuring and getting the right fit my son’s school shoes. Great service today!

We visited yesterday to purchase new school shoes for my 11year old daughter. We were served by Sam H who was absolutely wonderful, he really seemed to know what he was doing and listened carefully to my daughter, what she wanted and how the shoes felt, as well as taking in the requests from me. Lots of lovely chatter to and genuinely seemed to enjoy this. Many Thanks

We went into the Shrewsbury store today for our little boys first shoes, Sam H was absolutely wonderful, so happy and helpful and made the occasion of buying first shoes even more memorable. Thank you so much, Sam!

Brought a beautiful pair of leather boots today I wasn’t sure I would be able to find what I wanted but the young assistant who served me was very helpful kind and polite I think her name was Debbie she is a credit to the Shrewsbury store I will definitely be back again

Sam H was excellent with our two boys. He had them engaged from the start and explained to us how they fit the shoes to leave growing room.

I always buy my grandsons shoes from Clark’s in Shrewsbury. I have to say …. Angela is an excellent member of staff! Always smiling, engaging with the children/adults and extremely helpful. I would say she is a dedicated member of staff and Clark’s are very lucky to have her on their team. Thank you Angela for making every visit over the last couple of years a positive experience for myself and Grandson!

I called in to Clarks in the Darwin Center Shrewsbury to pick up some shoes for my forthcoming wedding. They were not in stock unfortunately. Zoe and Mikayala that dealt with me were excellent. They were both professional , friendly and proactive. They maintained a good sense of humour and a great rapport with me the client. Thoroughly positive experience. Thank You

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from Clarkes in Shrewsbury .
The experience was top notch, both Michaela and Zoe were so helpful and attentive.

The week before I had also been to the shop and had bought my 6 year old Grandson some new trainers, fabulous service on this occasion also.
