Great service from Jacqualine in the Telford store. Really friendly and helpful with a kids shoe measure and fitting.

Leanne from the Telford store was very helpful with me and my son. He was quite shy and she made him feel very comfortable. She gave us a variety of shoes to look at and he chose the ones he liked best. Couldn’t fault the service.

I was served by Louix today to get my toddler’s feet measured and we had a lovely experience. He took the time to ask us lots of questions so we could find shoes to our taste, he was really friendly with both of us and we bonded over having crazy children! My toddler normally hates new people but she was completely fine with him which was nice. When I next come back, I hope I get served by him or someone like him again :)

We visited the Telford branch with our Granddaughter, to buy school shoes and wellies. We were served by a young man called Derick ,he was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with a restless 4 year old! Excellent customer service.

Loui, in Telford, was extremely kondwirh my two slightly nervous girsl. He measured them twice, to make sure measurements were correct. He was fantastic and made my two feel very at ease.

Went to Clarkes at the Telford Shopping Centre. Served by a lovely helpful young lady called Summer who was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us find the right school shoes for my son. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Was a pleasure to visit the store. Will recommend *****

We had Louis and he was incredibly friendly and made my 6 year old so comfortable choosing her shoes. She was thrilled with what he recommended and took great care of us. Even though I was awkward with gift card payments he was very accommodating.

Katy was patient and listened to our needs for our daughter’s school shoes. She has come away very happy and it was painless for us as parents too!

We were served by Helen who knew exactly what she was doing, was fast and very helpful. A very kind woman made school shoe shopping pleasant.

Bought school shoes for my granddaughter today at the Telford store and was served by Lucy. She was helpful, informative and friendly. In spite of the store being very busy at the time the visit was made easy and enjoyable.

Arrived just before shop opened, lists of customers waiting, ticket system ideal served quickly two grandsons feet measured and a choice of shoes available in their sizes Berenice who looked after us was great with the young boys patient and professional

The store was very busy with back to school shopping however we were greeted almost immediately by Derek at Telford store who was extremely helpful and had to run back to the stockroom multiple times for new styles to try but was very friendly throughout and generally made the experience very kind and comfortable.

Summer was very kind to me and my daughter. I really loved this experience and she was very helpful to find the perfect size and comfort for my daughter's shoes. Thank you very much summer!

We were served by Glen in the Telford store. My teenage daughter has the most difficult feet imaginable and we were in the midst of our annual hunt for school shoes. Glen really listened to me when I explained all the difficulties we had, and he made what is usually a pretty awful experience for my daughter, calm and relaxed, despite the store being in the middle of such a busy season. It was so refreshing to be actually listened to and to find someone who helped my daughter find something she liked and wanted instead of being pushed to buy 'the easy option'. Both my daughter and I left the store with our purchase, a huge sense of relief and big smiles. (Yes, shoe shopping really is that difficult with her feet!) We both would like to sincerely thank Glen for giving us both such a positive experience.

We were looking for some shoes and to get my toddlers feed measured. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were helped by a wonderful sales associate named louix. Absolutely brilliant service skills and my son loves his new dinosaur shoes.
