Excellent Service from Gavin at Telford!
We recently visited the Telford store to get two pairs of shoes for our 23-month-old, and we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Gavin. He was fantastic! Gavin was very patient and skilled in measuring our little one's feet, making the whole process stress-free. He then helped us choose two perfect pairs of shoes that were not only suitable but also stylish. We really appreciate his expertise and friendly approach. Thank you, Gavin, for making our shoe-shopping experience a positive one!

The store in Telford and sale assistant Glen has been fantastic last weekend with his professional customer service. Very pleased with the service.

Ordered shoes into store for a wedding. Needed to match shoes to others that are discontinued. Unfortunately not suitable. Glen in the Telford store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Replacement option sourced and ordered into store.

Helen the shop assistant was great measuring and ensuring proper fitting shoes were purchased for our two 5yr old lively grandchildren.

I took my three year old boy to buy some new sandals. He is usually fussy with new shoes but felt very comfortable in Clarks, happily running around in some new sandals. Helen was very friendly and helpful. Clarks can be a bit pricy but very good quality shoes and I know they will get good use!

Helen at Telford helped us in store today and ensured my mum left with exactly what she came in looking for and for a great price too as her boots had gone into sale. She scanned the current pair mum was wearing and found them on the website and arranged for them to be delivered to home.
