Jack was amazing! Understood our child's needs. He was quick with his measurements. Showed us products based on what we wanted, fitting was perfect he checked around his feet thoroughly. He also added in a recommended shoe which we didn’t choose but ended up being the best shoe. Really happy with my experience

We had Emaan, and she was brilliant. Our son is additional needs and doesn’t like crowds, so we had a SEN appointment arranged by Lucy. We cannot recommend Emaan enough. She was calm and good with our son and he loved her. If we could give Emaan more than 5 stars, we would.

Great service from Adnan at Clarks in Lakeside. He took his time with us and explained in details about the shoe we bought.

I went to my local Clarks (Enfield) store and was disappointed with the lack of service. The next day we went to the store in Thurrock Lakeside and was completely blown away by the level of service from the time we entered the store, paid and left. Samuel was patient and helpful. He measured my childs feet correctly as they were incorrectly measured at my local Clarks store. He sat down on the floor and made sure we were happy with the shoes, that they fit correctly and more importantly, that my child was comfortable with the fit of the shoes. Thank You Samuel so much, you are an absolutely star!! Will gladly drive to Clarks at Lakeside now!

The shoes were due to be delivered on Thursday but they were delivered today! 100% customer satisfaction.

We didn’t have to wait for long. It was a straight forward. Our sales person Kav was amazing, she was very professional, great customer service. She made sure that she would listen to what the kids wanted. She was very friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. Keep up the good work Kav

We were welcomed promptly and had a very short wait for our fitter Liam. Liam was kind, friendly and very efficient. He measured my son's feet and talked to him appropriately for his age (5) Liam then went to get our chosen shoes. He then helped my son to put them on and took time to feel where his toes were etc and explained how he has some growing room. He watched as my son walked up and down to ensure the shoes weren't slipping. We purchased the shoes assured we were making a good choice of size and style. Great experience. Thank you Liam.

Not friendly anymore, manager don't know how to deal with customers

School shoe shop this weekend, Ella.W was really helpful with helping us decide what shoes would be suitable for my little girl. My daughter felt so comfortable and at ease when Ella measured her and spoke to her about the shoes she was trying on. Thank you for making it a positive experience for us, especially where it was so busy and the ticket process worked well.

Sanam served me and was great with my children when measuring them and fitting for new school shoes. Sanam was professional and knowledgable about products and sizing which was really reassuring.
Please pass on my appreciation to her. She did a great job.

The store staff were very welcoming and my daughter was served by a great lady named Michelle, who went above and beyond to help find the right shoes. Michelle showed great enthusiasm and kindness in her tone while talking with my daughter. Michelle carefully checked fitting with each shoe style helping my daughter make the right choice.
