Oh my days, recently discovered this "gem" of a company via an Instagram post of a silver baguette and round cut bridal set and I knew I had to have it! The item arrived today and if it was beautiful on a screen it was even more gorgeous on my hand! Absolutely first class customer service, I know I'm going to be a regular customer now (especially with 3 daughters!)

I ordered a set a rings in the wrong size, sent them back for a bigger size, they were very helpful and patient with me over the whole process, I am now looking forward to receiving my new size. The rings are beautiful and I already have a second set.

Beautiful solid silver bangle a fantastic size and such a great price. I checked before purchasing with on line chat what the width was and the chap was so helpful. A great company to deal with the delivery time was faster than expected. This will definitely be my go to jewellery company now...

Claro Jewels are a great company who go above and beyond to help there customers. I have purchased 2 sets of rings and they have been great at resizing them for me without hesitation. There prices are affordable and the pieces are outstandingly beautiful. I look forward to buying more throughout the year.

I recently left a horrible review (which I have just removed) I had waited a while for a necklace ( royal mail have had lots of issues ) then there were some communication issues but I rang them and they have an amazing customer service the same guy I spoke to over 2 days really couldn't do enough to tell me they were a small upcoming company which I didn't know. He sent another necklace which arrived the very next day and we are both trying to work out what happened to the original as royal mail is still saying they never received it. Anyway they quickly resolved the issue with excellent customer service and I highly recommend you take a look at the website as they have some stunning pieces at amazing value!

I am changing this review as the company took a while to get in touch as they had a delay and personally messaged by text and have given me a free £30 gift card as inconvenience and are looking into further detail about there delay issue. But I am very happy with the speed of there communication today and how fast they was able to resolve the problem once in contact with me

Amazing customer service and top quality products.
I ordered the wrong size and when I returned for an exchange they didn't have one of the originals in stock in my size so they upgraded it for me free of charge, unfortunately I had told them the wrong size again and sent them back a second time but third time lucky my rings all arrived today and all fit perfectly. Plus next day postage every time.
Very impressed and will be ordering again soon
