Return is a bit complicated but doable.

Like several other buyers I had an issue with my order placed on 24/12/25. The order took over the 30 days to arrive and communication was difficult and took a long time.

However, since posting a review highlighting the problems with that order the team that monitors trust pilot at ClassFootballJersey contacted me very quickly and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction after about 30 mins of dialogue. Their response cannot be faulted and they obviously care greatly about the reputation of the company. I have put my experience down to a rogue situation that may have been compounded by shopping so close to Christmas.

As a purchaser you need to be aware of and stand firm on your rights-
There are situations where you are entitled for the goods to be returned at the sellers expense.

The issue has now been resolved and I am happy with the customer service I received after using this new communication channel.

So this has been going on before Christmas. I bought 2 shirts from them they sent me wrong size. I told them they gave me a discount off if I bought again. Yes you will laugh I did buy again. They promised to replace pervious shirt but only sent the ones I bought. Contacted them again said they would send it out. Did get a tracking number on the 8th January and still have not got the shirt.
Don't waste your money buy elsewhere reviews dont lie.

The compensation felt more of a insult than a offer. They just wanted me to remove my review but its true and accurate.
Again make your own mind up but if your reading this and you order expect the worst.

I received two jerseys instead of one. When I asked for a return label to ship the duplicate back to them, they allowed me to keep it. WOW! We're talking about a soccer jersey, not a plastic trinket made in China. This will be my go-to for jerseys from this point on because I know the customer service is incomparable. Thank you!

Firstly it took me ages to receive my item. Once received I realised how awful the quality of the shirt was and how it was also fake. I’ve since been trying to send it back but they are not sending me the shipping address after many attempts at asking they keep sending me an automated message. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. All these positive reviews are obviously from the company.

The company sell fake low quality goods, the product misses key features and has low quality stitching. DONT BUY FROM THEM!.

They don’t follow consumer regulations - if they refuse to pay for a return delivery(which they have to provide) or try to get you to damage the product for a refund contact your bank for a dispute refund / trading standards.

“As advised by our fulfillment team, since returning the item may involve high shipping costs, we are able to offer a refund without requiring you to send the item back.

To proceed, please provide a short video showing the destruction of your order. You may cut the item using scissors or any other safe method. Kindly ensure the video is unedited and clearly shows the item being destroyed.“
Consumer regulations -
Retailer's Responsibility: The contract is between you and the retailer, and it is their responsibility to manage the return and disposal or inspection of the faulty item, not yours.
Illegal to Limit Rights: It is illegal for a retailer to restrict or take away your statutory consumer rights. A policy requiring you to destroy a product to receive a refund is an attempt to do this.
Right to Reject (within 30 days): You have the right to a full refund if you return the faulty goods within 30 days of purchase or delivery. The retailer cannot make deductions from your refund within this time

I ordered the Arsenal kit for my friends birthday, and hes absolutely thrilled with it. the packaging was neat and the shirt itself is high quality with all the right tags. its hard to find good kits at these prices so Ill definitely be coming back here for future gifts. great service all round.

AVOID - total scam, not real shirts, you have to return them to china at your expense if not satisfied, when i asked fort this address was not forthcoming on numerous occasions to ensure i missed the return deadline, took ages to arrive in the first place and not within the time suggested - DO NOT BUY from this compnay

Honestly I was worried about the sizing since im usually between a large and xl but the size guide was of great help. The jersey arrived in about a week and the material is super breathable, perfect for pickup games or just wearing around. really impressed with the attention to detail on the badges and everything it feels much more premium than the price suggests and has held up perfectly after the first few washes. its become my new favourite shirt for training and ive already had a few mates asking where i managed to pick it up for such a bargain. Ill definitely be looking at getting the away kit next time im on the site.

The shirts are not the best quality. i washed my shirt according to the recommendations at 30 degrees and the prints fell off. the shirt is supposedly 1:1 but there are many imperfections, such as the team emblem. the contact via email is bad, you wait a very long time for answers and currently i do not receive them at all. i am not satisfied.
