My experience was perfect here
My experience was perfect here. I came in looking for an E- bike. Ali was very professional and helpful. He was also very patient. I tried different designs and sizes and at last, I found the perfect bike for me. He also called me when it was assembled and ready for pick up. Ali again, was very professional and gave me a short training to use it before I left with the bike as well as adjusting anything needed. I also bought a lock, a helmet and a basket from here.
They also signed a contract for free service until 2028. I am very happy with their service.

This shop has extraordinary good service.
This shop has extraordinary good service and are highly recommended from my side.
I have bought 2 cycles and Im very please with both the products but also the service on site and how easy it was to make special arrangements.

Great service and always pleasant welcome!
I have bought my VIVA bike from Ali last Spring and since then it has been riding great. Whenever I need anything to be fixed - Ali is ready to help, either in his shop in Frederiskberg either the one in Norrebro.
If you are looking for the kind service and nice bikes - Classic Bikes are exactly for you!
