Back-breaking work
Not long ago, I had the misfortune of working for this company based in Park Royal.
After just a few days, I was unimpressed by what I saw; a chaotic warehouse environment where no one seemed to be in charge.
The office was staffed by the so-called manager, who was as useful as a chocolate tea pot and reminded me of a garden dwarf, a rather porky man sitting permanently behind a computer screen, a lady with a masculine appearance and another two, more or less, irrelevant people.
The vehicles are left with the engines running for hours on end, spewing diesel fumes and showing a total disregard for the welfare of their drivers.
It's hardly surprising their name is registered with virtually every recruitment agency under the sun, in order to meet their spectacular turnover of drivers.
If you are a HGV 2 driver reading this review and considering applying for a role with this company, bear in mind that you would have to sort all deliveries in the warehouse, load and offload everything, handballing sacks of flower weighing 25kg each, and be driving a 7.5t vehicle, earning significantly less.
The place is a byword for DISORGANISATION.
