I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I had a question about my order and received a quick reply with all the information I needed. I get antsy with packages too because I live in an apartment complex and sometimes my packages end up elsewhere. They were so helpful in making sure I had peace of mind by staying on top of my package as it made it's way over and following up with me.

I ordered this item for a trip to Japan and paid almost as much as the item itself to ensure overnight delivery. It did not arrive by the promised time and when I had to contact the company myself as to why, John promised it another set would be sent again overnight. It didn't arrive, and due to me trusting the company twice to deliver it before we left, I was unable to deliver an item I promised to a family member in Japan. Anyone who knows how Japan works knows this is a big deal, however the company's attitude was basically, "oh well, stuff happens, we did what we could." I warn anyone considering this company to avoid it at all costs, and will tell everyone I know the same. It's sad that customer service is so unimportant to them.
