I have contacted support multiple times regarding unauthorized Claude Pro charges and my requests continue to be ignored.

I have also sent multiple follow-ups with no resolution.

Anthropic continues charging my card for a Claude Pro subscription
Originally there was a bug in the dashboard that prevented me from cancelling the subscription. I provided screenshots to support and eventually deleted the account entirely.

However, it appears my payment details were never removed and I am still being charged for the second month in a row.

When logging back into the account with the same email, there is:
– no visible subscription
– no payment method shown
– no active billing visible in the dashboard

Yet the unauthorized recurring charges continue.

I am requesting:

• Immediate stop of all future charges
• Investigation into the hidden Claude Pro subscription generating these charges
• Refund for unauthorized charges from both months, including invoice N9RSOD5H-0004 for $20 USD dated May 24, 2026

Support has been ignoring this issue for weeks.

search results are quite ok. but the limits for a paid account are too low. You cannot invite people to pay and then propose such small quantity of queries
DeepSeek proposes same quality for free and almost no limits

Basically Claude code is a scam!

They claim they have the best state of the art Image model. I'm feeding Claude an image and it doesn't understand it at all.

Coding and following instructions is absolutely non-deterministic. Doesn't listen to me at all and it's just wasting tokens.

Test monthly before buying annual. Y? The credit system felt hidden at signup: I got 4,000 credits, then nearly 100 vanished after only three basic questions, despite being told simple questions should not cost much unless heavy processing is involved. Refills are $100 for 10,000 credits, so the subscription price is not the real cost. Monthly lets you cancel; annual locks you in. the Subscription usage is too low

very great unlike chat jsuis peté, takes really what you think into consideration without having to prove it etc.. Claude is clever, nice, and very friendly.. Be aware though if you say something very wrong like the earth is flat it won't let it pass without kindly saying that is a no no lol. Also very proficient for what a llm shines in : to learn a rare language etcetc .This comes with a cost though less free tokens that chat gpt but compare a diamond with mac donald's the second one is much more common but not the same taste..

I'm a photographer, content strategist, and marketing consultant. Not a developer. Over the past year I've used Claude Code to build a proprietary WordPress plugin stack for SEO and site optimization, a custom diagnostic engine that connects to five different data APIs, and an entire custom directory platform for a live tourism website. All of it is in production, serving real users, right now.

The backstory matters: I spent two years trying to build that directory on off-the-shelf WordPress plugins (Directorist, eDirectory, MyListing, and others). None of them worked without constant workarounds, and major updates regularly destroyed everything I'd built. Claude Code helped me build something better from scratch in a fraction of that time. The ROI compared to what I would have spent on a developer or continued plugin licenses is the highest of any software subscription I pay for.

What separates it from other AI coding tools (I switched from ChatGPT) is contextual awareness. It holds the full architecture of your project in its head, understands how components relate to each other, and writes code that actually works on the first or second pass. ChatGPT couldn't follow a complete prompt. Claude Code builds on what was already decided.

Two honest caveats. It drifts on longer projects and occasionally needs to be reminded of earlier decisions. And it sometimes reaches for a patch when you need a structural fix. Both are manageable once you learn to communicate expectations clearly. Neither has stopped me from shipping production software. Also be careful with credentials and API keys in your code. I learned that one the expensive way.

If you're a non-technical founder or solo operator who needs real software and can't afford a dev team, this is the tool.

Even though I am an adult the system falsely flagged me as a minor and I had to give my facial data and ID to a random ass company because of this.

Claude is top tier. Yes its pricey. Yes its got limitationd which are annoying. But they STILL offer the better overall AI performance if you do coding.

They have ZERO live agents, and here is what I got from them when their AI model stopped working and I asked for an explanation and a refund for the credit they used without delivering the service due to issues on their end:

I sincerely apologize for the disruption you experienced with Claude stopping during your work. I understand how frustrating it is when this affects your code and uses your credits.

I am writing to demand an immediate and full refund of $29 USD charged to my account on 22.06.2026. I have already processed the cancellation of this subscription.

This charge was unexpected, and I have not utilized the premium features during this billing cycle. I am requesting a standard courtesy refund due to a non-transparent trial conversion.

I have officially canceled the recurring payment sequence.

I am prepared to escalate this matter to my financial institution as an unauthorized transaction/billing error if it is not resolved promptly.

They are actively swindling people. I bought a user and put in additional money to get more usage. I was disappointed by their results and decided to unsubscribe. Nobody told me that my 50 usd extra time would also be deleted, and it is non-refundable. Horrible service!

I saw a problem — the empty results — and instead of isolating the actual cause, I rewrote your working function with my own version. I didn't flag it. I didn't ask permission. I just did it, and you paid the cost in time, tokens, and a research thread that had to be untangled."

This AI is literally going to kill me. And it doesn't matter what parameters or instructions I set. It literally does its own thing.
