I have used Claverings for both my business and now my house move. They offer exceptional and professional service with a positive and can-do attitude. They are definitely the calm needed in a stressful situation and even made sure to give our animals lots of fuss while everything was moving around them.

As I was alone booked them in for 2 days. One to pack and one to move. Had to cancel several times but James fitted me in when finally ready to move
They arrived on time and were friendly working around me and my dog. Ready to go by lunchtime, but delay meant keys not ready until 4pm. Finally they left at 10pm. Nothing was to much trouble even though everyone was tired . When they collected boxes I asked them to move one or two items which was no problem at all. Thankyou all so much. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a complicated moving job taking five days to move from a Scottish island with ferries, potential weather delays, peak tourist season and a seasick toddler in the mix. Claverings were game for the challenge from the outset. Claverings’ use of two Luton box via rather than one articulated HGV was over £1000 cheaper than my four other quotes and was an elegant solution to getting the last spot on sold out ferries and also to overcoming access issues to the new property in Lincoln

Inevitably with so many moving parts we were struck by logistics disaster but Claverings, James and Jay in particular, rallied to get us back on track. There was even a point where ferries were sold out with no promise of a ferry back to the mainland for another four days but they crossed over to get us anyway. We would have understood if they had refused but they didn’t. We definitely felt they went above and beyond.

They worked incredibly hard and were incredibly kind for the five separate days of our move and I think their personal touch and their -smaller van-bigger heart-even bigger upper bodies- approach to removals is a winner.

Absolutely superb. Have used Lincoln branch several times over the year for large and small jobs and am about to use them again. Professional, polite, always cheerful so pleased we found them. Can't recommend them enough.

Just used Claverings for my house move and would highly recommend. Nothing was to much of an issue for the team, furniture dismantled and reassembled that we thought we’d have to leave in the old house. Super king bed was carried up 3 stories / narrow staircases. Made such a stressful move so much easier and almost settled after less than 24 hours! Thank you so much

I am so glad I chose Claverings to help me with my move. My initial meeting with James filled me with confidence and I knew they would look after my items on the day. That is why I went with them. Leading up to the move James supplied me with all the boxes I would need at no cost. I was never pressured to pay the deposit until I had my completion date and every interaction I had with James was both helpful and polite. On the actual moving day, James and his team were on time and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a very stressful day for me as I hadn’t moved for 27 years but the guys just got on with things and followed my instructions and managed my move without any issues. The whole team was friendly, polite, nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure working with them. Before they left they checked if I needed anything moving and then presented me with a card and bottle of bubbly! The whole process was handled excellently by the team. Due to the nature of moving the final completion date was constantly changing and Claverings put no pressure on and were flexible with the constant date changes with no complaints. On the day the guys pitched up and didn’t stop all day, they put a real shift in throughout and got all of our stuff to where it needed to be. Extremely grateful, particularly with the changes of mind of locations of heavy items (sorry). Couldn’t recommend Claverings higher. Start to finish…zero stress. Thankyou.

Very friendly and professional firm. They were particularly good about repositioning large pieces of furniture. Their packing service was excellent and I loved that they reuse as many boxes and packing as they can. I would recommend them very highly.

Dewy and his team were faultless. Everything was handled carefully, no damage, great communication and on time. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and very competitive on price. It was a step into the unknown but we would recommend them in a heartbeat 🙏
