I decided I need your professional help when smoke started to come out from my oven whenever I used it. I am more than amazed by what you did with it – I haven’t seen it so clean since I bought it more than five years ago. I admit it that at first, I was shocked when I saw how your your technician disassembled my oven, but he assured me he can reassemble it just as easily.

100% quality in initial contact and work at my property- absolutely recommend them as a company

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning and it was the worst service ever. They didnt mop the floors, dirty tissue was left on the toilet floor, the storage cupboard was left dirty. They refused to clean or dust the blinds. The bathroom tiles were dirty, the fridge smelt and was not cleaned. Even when I complained and they did a reclean, they still did not clean the floors and the dirty tissue was still there. They are very unprofessional, they even sent the cleaners on the wrong date for the recelan. The cleaners hardly spent anytime there before they completed and they refused to offer a refund.

Excellent service and did a fantastic job I would highly recommend them for end of year tenancy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Booked this company for an end of tenancy clean and they did everything other than clean, and couldn't even care any less about how poor their service is. Dirty, grease and marks were left all over in the kitchen and they are stating that they provided the 'best possible service' and are refusing to acknowledge the terrible job that was done. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

They did an amazing job in my elderly stepmother's flat. They went above and beyond and even stayed a little longer. So I just wanted to say a big thank you.

Worst experience with a cleaning agency. The only advice I can give is AVOID THEM !.
On top of being unprofessional with a dirty cleaning, they have broken some stuffs (see picture).
When I see the other comments that this agency received, I am not surprised. I should listen to then.
I highly suggest you to not make the same mistake as I did. Better to pay a little more money and to get a professional cleaning. Otherwise it will cost you much more with what your landlord will ask you.

I have been a letting Agent for 40 years and this is the worst cleaning company I have encountered by a very long way.

They charge an end of tenancy cleaning price but require the property to not be too dirty!!!

Complete waste of time, avoid them and use a professional company that has customer service at its core.

Regrettably the conduct of this company was disgraceful. I had used this company several times without issue (though the standard of cleaning varied); the last time however unfortunately a small amount of cash went missing from the property which the company denied, and were rude to me on the phone. I have no interest in pursuing poorly paid cleaners desperate enough to take money but the approach of the company was very poor. It is an extremely disappointing approach. Do not use.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company. From booking all the way through they have been efficient and professional. Today they did an excellent job. The two bedroom/two bathroom flat was cleaned throughout in four hours to a very high standard. At check out the inventory clerk commented that it was the cleanest flat he had seen. Thank you.

They have now been referred to both Watchdog and Trading Standards. Citizens Advice Bureau have also been alerted and we are in the process of submitting the formal letter to be sent to their company director and business.

really lovely very thorough bulgarian cleaner. she came in and scrubbed the flat top to bottom. I mean VERY thorough. I had stayed at home during the clean and provided all cleaning materials (I was more than happy to do this. I think for the first 2-3 x you use any new cleaner, you stay at home (or leave for only 1 hour) provide all materials and watch - bc its your home, and its the best way to monitor what is being done). I needed a clean of the flat in short notice. she was a really really lovely woman. she did not speak english but we just used google translate on my phone on the 1 item I needed to converse on. my flat was absolutely sparkling and she worked very hard. i was very grateful for her hard work.

Very good thorough clean. I was able to trust the cleaners and take a night off - for the first time in a long time. When I came home the clean was spotless. thank you

I do not recommend anyone using Cleaners London Ltd. We paid over £200 for an end of tenancy clean and when I looked around after it genuinely looked like someone had spent a couple of hours on it. There were cobwebs in the corner, skirting boards not clean, shelves not wiped, fridge & freezer still dirty (despite paying additional for this). I contacted the company and all they could offer me was a reclean, which because of timings (my Landlady had already completed the checkout report and I had no access to the keys) was in no way helpful. We were then charged an additional £120 by our Landlady as she deemed the house had not had a professional clean - despite us paying all this money!!! I contacted Cleaners London Ltd and they have not provided any resolution. DO NOT USE.

I received an excellent service from this company. We had a rising damp issue that resulted in the walls being tanked and re-plastered. The cleaners came and gave the flat thorough clean. My tenant has just had a baby so it was important the flat was immaculate. We were not disappointed and would certainly recommend. We will be using their services again. Thank you.

Awful experience and service. Do NOT use!
They didn't bring the correct equipment, they didn't clean the products paid for and were extremely rude. WASTE OF MONEY.
I had an oven clean and extractor fan booked in on the 12th February. The cleaner turned up with a cloth an unlabelled spray only.
The oven was dirty when he said he was finished so had to ask to try again.
The extractor fans were in the exact same condition and still dirty after two attempts. They did not bring the correct equipment and left extractor dirty.
The management and staff were extremley rude on the phone, said it was my fault that my appliances were too dirty to clean and I should replace them (they are a few years old in a new build).
The cleaner would not leave our property until paid!! He could not speak English in order for me to suggest how to clean properly and why I wasn't happy to pay for something he didn't do. He would not leave which was intimiating and rude - thankfully I wasn't in on my own!
I used this company before and they did a dip tank oven clean for same price and did a good job. They no longer provide that service apparently - so only botch jobs available.
Two different people I spoke to were so rude, patronising and would not help me.
