I booked them for an end of tenancy clean. An hour past the hooked time and they still did not show up, so we rebooked for later the same day. They did not show up then either for over an hour so I asked to cancel. I have been chasing a refund for two weeks and not received it. AVOID LIKE COVID.

These people are the worst carpet cleaning Company in the city!!!

Not only did they decide to delay their appointment time by 1 1/2 hours and advise by a telephone call just 10 mins before the scheduled time but they then attempted to increase the price by nearly double the written quotation. They tried to manipulate the terminology/definition of what is a landing area & hallway area.

They are clearing an unethical, unprofessional & distrustful firm.

SCAM beware !!! I’ve just recover my Check-Out report and they have literally done NOTHING but a below mediocre surface clean (and left wipe marks and filth behind at that) . The landlord will have to do a another full clean !

Stay away from the sad scammers. Also known as Cleaning Agent ( info at cleanerslondon dot com) . They are operating under a number of different guise. FAKE set up using London number . Sent over 2 cleaners for end of tenancy with literally no cleaning equipment . The guy even had the audacity to use my parking space to park for free. When I say the service was POOR I'm being polite. Not going to go into detail as you know the drill looking at all the terrible reviews. Total Joke and Total RIP OFF. Asked the cleaner and she told us she was being paid £9 for TWO HOURS work. They charged me £150 and tried to leave after 1 1/2 hours. Guy spent half the time telling the woman what to clean and being a total weasel trying to explain his way out of it. Have pictures as proof and when you call them they make up excuses et etc . Will now ensure that everybody across social knows to stay away from these SAD, RUDE , SCAMMERS.

A ridiculous company with no proffessionalism and clear liars. We requested 2 weeks in advance for the cleaners. Scheduled for 2pm and waiting for somebody to turn up, at 2.20pm we finally get through after numerous calls. We asked how long they would be as we appreciate delays can be possible, only to be informed that the drivers car apparently broke down. If it actually broke down, surely you would expect a call to tell us. The customer service from this lady was terrible and extremely rude. When asked to speak to the manager her response was "managers dont speak to customers they deal with other things" what kind of business operates like this?! Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT USE.

Your cleaning team of 4 women cleaned my house from to bottom yesterday. The house is on three floors and it was cleaned to the highest standard I could have wished for. It had been a little neglected during lockdown and Is now sparkling everywhere I look.
A very charming young lady showed me round the finished product and your workforce were especially pleasant to deal with.

These people are criminals. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Here's everything you need to know:
- Came to the house an hr early
- Brought no cleaning equipment
- Brought no detergents
- Used our hoover and cleaning agents
- Did nothing for 2.5 hrs
- Female "cleaner" was argumentative when we asked them to re-clean.
- Used a dirty rag to "clean" the house leaving a mess everywhere
- Didnt touch top shelves, oven, bathroom tiles, tub, all windows, didn't mop or hoover under beds.
- Refused to provide an invoice.
-After much threatening, provided a fake invoice with no contact details on it.

So, after some research we can tell you with certainty that this company is fraudulent. It is 1 of 7 "cleaning" companies set up on the same date, all dissolved.

If you go to the official HRMC site you will see all the dissolved companies, among which is Cleaners London Ltd (08382683).

This company and its employees are a joke. STAY AWAY.

Yesterday, I had your technician clean my carpet. I am more than amazed by what she did – the wine stain is completely gone. I still can’t believe that she cleaned the stain completely. But it’s not only the wine stain that’s gone – every stain from my carpet is gone.

This is a straight up scam operation.

We agreed a price for 3 cleaners to deep clean our house for at least 4 hours, going back and forth on everything required, plus an additional £70 for a seperate window cleaner to do inside and outside of the windows. On top of that, we also paid an extra £50 for a deep clean of our kitchen walls.

On the morning in question, 2 people arrived in a Mercedes, walked around the house, complained that I had a cat, then stood outside for about 20 minutes smoking cigarettes while they chatted on their phone.

We advised them we would go out to be out of their way and return at 2pm (they were supposed to be there until 3 or 4). I expressed my concern that there were only 2 of them and was assured it was no problem and they could work the extra hours to make up the workload if necessary.

My wife returned at 2pm to find that they had rushed so hard to get out the door before she returned (bin bags everywhere, dirty wet floors, even their jackets were left behind). To her dismay, about 30% of the work had been done - a couple of taps and a kitchen back splash.

On contacting the company, we were advised that the rest of the work hadn't been done because there wasn't time.

On pointing out there wasn't time as we were one person plus an extra window-cleaner down, and that we should at bear minimum be refunded on the wall deep-clean and window-cleaner, we were advised that they had simply decided to keep our money, despite not even attempting to start either of these services. We essentially ended up paying 2 cleaners £37.50 per hour to do next-to-nothing and leave our house in a state.

The company's solution? If you pay us again to do the job, we will give you 25% off.

When I pointed out that we didn't even have some of the cleaners arrive, they stopped responding altogether.

Lesson learned - please don't use these scammers - they should be out of business ASAP.

Awful customer service and terrible cleaning job, do not hire them!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY. I've been taken for a total ride, paying £255 for an end of tenancy clean that was done incredibly poorly, with inventory pictures to prove this. I spoke to the team about the reclean as they had guaranteed this, but this took several days to organise and then they turned up at a totally different time - with no confirmation, no apology, and so we gathered no evidence. I tried to organise ANOTHER reclean and was again ignored. They didn't turn up and cancelled it because they went on the wrong day when the keys were not available. They didn't tell me about this under 6 days of emailing later.

They only deal with you via email and ignore most of your emails and the content within the emails, so please do not go with them. I tried to have conversations so many times with them and their supervisors but barely received an apology for all the mistakes made on their end. This review is the result of around 20 phone calls and 60 emails, so I have been as patient as possible for a long time.

So much stress and hassle and not worth it at all given the unprofessional customer service (non existent customer service I should say) and shoddy clean.

Shame on you, Cleaners London.

Scam of a company! End of tenancy cleaning was disgusting - it was so bad I have asked for a re-clean but things escalated because so much had to be re-done by the two cleaners that one of them stormed out in tears and the other refused to finish the job. They pay peanuts to their workers and were threatening me to pay in cash or getting the debt agency involved. A business like this has no right to exist. And I booked through another website - Olivers Cleaners London, so they seem to use multiple websites for scamming customers

Avoid this company like the plague. Shoddy service and appalling customer service. Their cleaner used a corrosive product on our taps that badly damaged them. When we complained and asked to know what product was used so that we could investigate ways to remove the marks, they refused to accept responsibility or to tell us what products had been used. Our old landlady has tried multiple products to remove the marks but they still won't come out, so the cost of new taps will have to come out of our deposit. The whole reason why we booked this useless company was to ensure we got our deposit back, but they have caused the opposite. Also, the overall clean was patchy at best – they didn't clean the skirting boards properly or wash the tiles in the bathroom, even though these elements were included in their quote. Terrible company who refuse to accept responsibility for their obvious mistakes.

Positive experience from start to finish. I booked over the phone - a 5 minute conversation - immediately followed up by a confirmation email. The service itself was efficient and quick. Cleaning agent arrived on time and was very professional. Very good value.

We booked extra carpet cleaning. But cleaning was so bad that our Landlord had to take legal action on us, and company is not willing to help because we passed the delay of 48H, which was not doable during COVID. Never book with them, please, as this company is no more than a scam.

I booked this company’s end of tenancy cleaning service last week and I have to say that I loved it. The housekeeper came exactly when expected and brought all the cleaning supplies which saved me money and time. It was very easy to set up an appointment and the price I had to pay was more than affordable. My landlady was so impressed by the high cleaning standard and fell in love with the outcome. The kitchen was sparkling! Thanks to the hard work of the housekeeper, I obtained the full amount of my security deposit and left on good terms with my landlady. I already recommended this end of tenancy cleaning service to my friends and parents because it is definitely worth booking. If I ever need to use such service in future, I would not hesitate to use this one again.

Cleaning has never been my forte but I do not want to live in a messy home so I had only one option and it was to book a professional deep cleaning service. I chose this one because of the dozens of positive reviews I read. The booking process was very easy which impressed me a lot. A team composed of two housekeepers showed up at my doorstep at the appointed time. They were so smiley and polite! They deep cleaned the kitchen first and then the rest of the rooms. Honestly, I have never seen my home so clean and tidy before! Those cleaners worked miracles in my place and I do not think I can thank them enough. Plus, the price I paid was very affordable. Totally worth it!

You know how, whenever something bad happens, everyone says: “Well, it’s just life, don’t worry about it.” I used to say and hear that a lot. I heard it when my wife spilled wine on my Persian rug – a family heirloom, too. I thought that I would have to throw away the only family heirloom my family had. Of course, my wife tried to clean the stain, but that only made matters worse – instead of removing the stain, my wife spread the wine on the carpet fibers and made the stain a lot bigger than it initially was.

We commissioned an end of tenancy clean and they were rude and abrupt in the lead up to the clean. The clean itself was appalling, so bad that the inventory clerk could not state it was "professionally cleaned".

They managed to break our oven door, which had to be fixed by ourselves, and also removed two trays worth £150 from the property. When we asked for them to be returned, they simply said they never took any which is a complete lie. We asked them to pay for these which they refuse and we are now having to replace them personally.

They managed to stain our ceramic butlers sink with blue cleaning agent which cannot be removed and devalued our property.

They refused to issue a refund and instead offered a re-clean, which we did not take them up on due to us not trusting their presence in our property again.

Avoid at all costs. They may appear to be good value but they provide a terrible service and cost more than a molly maid or other alternative when you factor in replacement of missing items and having to employ another company to re-clean.

I got an end of tenancy clean. Team turned up on time and did an excellent job.
