Competitive rate booked at last minute. Team did a good job and my new tenants were very happy

This company made two appointments to visit our block of flats to discuss window cleaning and failed to turn up for either of them. Having now read the other reviews I must say that I'm glad they didn't!

Excellent cleaning service. The staff came to clean a property before the new purchasers took possession. It was a full day of cleaning and was spotless by the time they had finished. I would recommend whole-heartedly.

I arranged an end of tenancy clean last summer and paid the full amount (£117) in advance of the agreed date through a BACS transfer as requested by the company’s finance team who sent me the relevant invoice. On the day of the clean, no one turned up and after a number of calls I was told they would come the dah after instead. I was handing over the keys that day so I explained this would not work and asked for a refund which I was told would take 14 days. Despite over 10 calls and numerous emails (only two of which have been replied to fobbing me off) I have never received any refund. They even gave me the number of an ex employee to call for the refund. It turns out that the invoice address is false and in the name of a competitor, as is the email address on that invoice. I spoke to the competitor who said that this firm passes itself off as Yes Cleaning Limited and/or Cleaners of London which are separate and legitimate companies. Potentially fraudulent activity occurring here. Do not use.

We booked it for a move our cleaning at 9am they started to clean at 11:15! When I called the guy at 10:30 he told that he just took a break and went out to eat although they never even started to clean. Stay away!

Absolute horrible service. Avoid them at all costs. My end of tenancy cleaning had to be re-done. thats the level of terrible job they do. absolute thieves and scums of highest order.

No recommendation here. I have used Cleaners London for start and end of tenancy cleans many times. To be honest, I should have stopped using them ages ago as they're so slap dash. They get the job done as quickly as possible even if the job's not been done thoroughly. The customer service team persuaded me to stick with them and use them again which I now regret. They turned up at the property and wanted an additional 40% uplift in price because they said the oven was dirty and then when I said that I expected this to be included in an end of tenancy clean, they just left and left us in the lurch. They're clearly not interested in customer retention. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

I would give 5 stars for the cleaning job, as the cleaners did an amazing job(end of Tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning), but 0 stars for the person working in the office. When I booked the service, I asked for a receipt to be provided and she promised to provide one after the cash payment was made. However, it took 3 days to send it, after I called again and again, followed by her hanging up and not answering when I phoned again. Appalling customer service!!!
You can find better ones!

I agree with every other bad review here. Do not consider using these people. Just paid £126 for a job that could only be considered a joke. Booked for my flat to be cleaned on Friday midday. No-one showed up and received a telephone call one hour later saying the team had "car problems" and couldn't make it. I accepted another "team" for Saturday at 10am. 10am arrives and no one showed. Called the office number countless times over the next hour. Finally received a call telling me they would arrive at 2pm. 2:15pm arrives and I receive another call saying they'll be there at "3pm sharp". At 4pm two guys arrive and I ask me what I want done. Any experienced cleaner knows what needs to be done! It was a joke. They wiped the kitchen - grease still left on the stove, benches not cleaned properly. Bathrooms not cleaned properly. All they did was vacuum and mop the wooden floor and the floor wasn't even cleaned properly. They were out of here after 1.5 hours. I paid for 6. I asked them for a refund of the unused portion and they refused. The most unprofessional company and cleaners I have ever dealt with. They shouldn't be in business.

Excellent service. I booked the gardening service. The staff were polite and efficient and did a first rate job. The work was completed to a high standard. I will definitely book again.

Company provided cleaners at short notice, and the office was good at communicating. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a good job. The team sent was well supervised and the supervisor explained clearly what had been done. I was quite satisfied by the work, it looked visibly cleaner than at the start. I had booked them to do an after build clean after another company did a very poor job.

Well, I am wholly disappointed with this service. I had booked an end of tenancy cleaning over a week before the required date. Moving house over Christmas during a pandemic is no fun... everything else went smoothly...

A day before our scheduled clean, I was called an email informing me that there were no cleaners available for my afternoon clean,so would it be OK to do a 9am.

I attended the property to be cleaned at around 8:30am. Waiting till 9:15am before calling the telephone number provided every 5mins for 45mins. I also sent an email.

At 10:20am (time of writing), i have not received a phone call back, no sign of the cleaners and just no communication at all. Having paid £140 for a service, accommodating the change of time (of course due to Tier 4 restrictions) the company could at least give me a call for an update.

I do not have anything positive to say at this point and will be seeking a refund.

Really poor service. Agree with a lot of the comments here. I paid for a deep clean. The work was half done and they left the balcony door open and the carpets got soaked overnight. They also broke the toilet seat (which they only partially paid for). They agreed to re-clean, but the concierge could see from the CCTV they were in and out in 40 minutes. I had to pay another company to redo the cleaning. Absolute nightmare

Absolutely unreliable company they had to be in my flat at 10 am. bud they called me at 10:40 am and told me we sent you another team at 1pm do not trust this company absolutely unpunctual .

Total scam.

Never use this company.

Stay well away.

Total waste of time and money.

Unfortunately I paid them £200 upfront.

They have refused to return to finish the cleaning!

I didn’t read these reviews before booking as I was recommended them. I’m really surprised but it sounds like they have been making great efforts to change. I booked the clean on the Monday and was given multiple options to pay, cash (after the job), or bank transfer (pay before). I opted for cash as I’ve been burned with bad cleans before. They gave me availability on the Wednesday and although 20 minutes late they called and apologised and gave me the new eta which they stuck to. I arrived at the end, 3 hours later and as I drove up a bit early I could see them actively cleaning hard to reach places. The supervisor checked the place thoroughly before I entered and went through all the places I had pointed out on the way in. They were respectful and redid a few things I noticed quickly. I received my email invoice as requested promptly and the end to end service was painless. I can’t explain previous reviews, but I definitely had a good experience.

Staff turned up 10mins earlier than scheduled. Were quick to clean and left it bright and clean within 2h15.
Would go for this company again next time as well. Thank you.
