I am surprised to see so many poor reviews. I hired these guys to jet wash our courtyard garden which had a lot of moss and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them. They turned up on time, were professional and friendly.

Terrible, terrible service. Would NEVER recommend. We paid up front for a guaranteed service, they did not deliver and then disappeared without refunding us.

We paid up front for an end of tenancy clean and paid additional monies for a guaranteed service. This company did NOT deliver anything like the service they were supposed to. We contacted them within 24 hrs of the service being carried out, in fact only hours after the cleaner left the property - included pictures to evidence how bad the cleaning job was. We were offered the chance to pay again (albeit discounted) and then they would send another cleaner. When we challenged them and reminded them that we had paid for the guaranteed service and that we paid up front, they refused to remedy the work or refund our money and continued to not answer our calls, block our emails, and were aggressive. Absolute scam of a service offering. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT USE - find someone else. We are taking them to court.

I used this company 4 years ago twice for end of tenancy cleaning, and I was really happy with them then. Because of that, I didn’t read recent reviews. I should have. I hired the for a full deep cleaning, including window cleaning, deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning. They’ve sent me a long checklist on what they will provide for about £400. On the day 1 cleaner showed up and 2.5 hours later told me she is done. She has done about 10% of the checklist, even that not thoroughly. She hasn’t vacuumed or mopped the floors, window cleaning was basically a quick wipe down of the windows with a wet clothes, there was dirt on the carpet and sofa she supposedly deep cleaned, etc. When I complained, the company insisted that there was no time limit on the service (my regular cleaner cleans half the flat for 2.5 hours... so a deep clean of the whole flat in the same amount of time is impossible). The manager for an hour insisted I should just show the cleaner what wasn’t done and wait till she does it... I think if a cleaner with a checklist needs to be told to vacuum the floors, that carpet deep cleaning should happen on the whole carpet not just in the middle, they will never be able to do a deep cleaning. Company insisted I still pay 130£ for her services (for 2,5 hours work which wasn’t actually done at all and I need to call someone else to do a full carpet clean).

Stay away, it is a scam as a previous reviewer writes.

Also, they ask for cash payment which is highly suspicious. I asked why that is and can I pay with bank transfer and I didn’t get a reply.

SCAM!!! What an absoulte shambles!!! Unprofessional digusting mannered people!!! We are a real estate company a tenanat hired them for a end of tenancy cleaning... they came in to the office demanding payment before the service was even carried out £430. We refused and they refused to return keys that did not belong to them! The police was called! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM they were previously called HOUSE CLEANING LONDON THEY NOW TRADE UNDER HOUSE CLEANERS LONDON!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Booked an end of tenancy clean well in advance for 2pm on a week day. Was left waiting for 45 minutes outside the house before giving in and calling the company (time given was estimated time of arrival so gave benefit of the doubt). When I called I was given a vague answer of something happening to the cleaners car meaning they hadn't turned up, with no apologies. After a lot of effort from me they offered to call back once they had seen if the clean could be rearranged. It was rearranged to 6pm that evening. The person I talked to did not apologise for having left me waiting for so long with no communication and made no efforts to reassure me that the situation was in hand.

The cleaners then turned up 20 minutes late in the evening.

After showing them in I was called by their manager hassling me for more money as it was apparently a bigger job than they were briefed, which I refused explaining the amount of hassle their mistake had caused which they eventually accepted.
When returning to the property to check it the next day after the clean it felt like they had given up before finishing the job. The kitchen floor still needed sweeping and cleaning, the taps etc. in bathrooms were not wiped clean and there were areas of carpet that clearly hadn't been vacuumed. I reported the poor service to the company and received no apology, offer to finish the job, or compensation. They didn't even reply to my last message.

All in all an awful experience, and I feel like we paid a lot of money for a load of hassle and a disappointing clean. I have received no apology and no compensation from the company for the huge amounts of wasted time, terrible lack of service and poor job.

If you want an easy experience and good job done, do not go with this company

Booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning upon my landlord's recommendation. The guys did a great job, no complaints whatsoever.

Booked a clean and carpet clean - through Main Cleaners - for my uncle’s flat in February. Two very polite young people turned up exactly when booked and did a fab job. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Booked end of tenancy deep cleaning. On the day of the booking (Sunday) I received a call saying that one of the cleaning team members tested positive for COVID, and hence the whole team had to self isolate. I agreed to reschedule for Tuesday. 30 min later received a call and the woman said that found me another cleaning team, but they want to come a bit earlier (1pm)(originally it was booked for 3pm). I agreed and rushed to my flat (was at my new flat at that moment). At 1pm no one showed up, and I called them, asking for eta. The woman said that she would contact the team and call me back. 10 min later I received a call from her saying that the team DECIDED to accept another booking in the meantime, so they prefer to come at 3pm. I was furious, but decided to wait. At 3 pm no one showed up and at 3;20 I called, the operator said that she would call me back with eta. That was the last time I heard from them. After that they stopped picking up my calls, obviously no one showed up, even my bf tried to call, but they just decided not to pick up the phone. Sunday totally ruined, I couldn’t get end of tenancy cleaning done, luckily it was sorted out with the landlord, but still, awful service (or none at all). Avoid if you want to keep your money and nerve cells.

UPDATE: After some digging I have seen that legally this company was dissolved in 2014 after a compulsory strike off. THEY SHOULD NOT STILL BE TRADING AND TAKING YOUR MONEY!!

I had quite a shocking experience with this HORRID company.
I will preface this by saying this is not the first time i've used them. In the past I have used them for a standard carpet clean and never had any issues. I would pay them in cash AFTER they finished the job and all was well.

This time however after having some builders round, aswell as a carpet clean, i booked in an "After Builders" deep clean service a day before I was due to travel abroad for work. They charged me £210 and this time requested i paid in advance via BACS, which I did.

The day of the clean, they were supposed to arrive at 8am but at 8:20am the main cleaner called to say he wasn't there but his partner was and could she come up. I said fine, I would just need 10mins notice ahead of their arrival to move out my bags so they could start as my flat is small and i didnt want my suitcases in the way. He said fine.

His partner did not come however and neither did he- (and they did not give me notice to move my bags.) They simply showed up just after 8:35am. I wasnt fussed that they were late but the second he came he had issues.

He kept saying he was going to be late for his next job and why did i have so many bags on the floor? ( I literally had three suitcases that i just needed to move from the lounge to the front door)

He then started saying he hadnt agreed to do certain jobs, like clean the microwave and the oven etc. When I specifically asked for these things when i booked. He also complained that I hadnt moved my books from the book shelf in preparation for his coming...I told him I had over 100 books on my shelf, I wasnt going to empty my entire home so he could clean, surely he could just dust around things like shelves, large tables etc.

But he clearly didnt want to do the job and kept saying he was going to be late for the next job (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THE LATE ONE!!) and he then in the middle of our conversation decided he did not want to start and just walked away from the job!!!

I was aghast!!! I had paid upfront and i remember saying as such as he walked away. I immediately called the company because it was ridiculous. They had my money and i needed the flat cleaned that day but nobody answered.

5mins after he left, the cleaner came back to my home to tell me he had left his bag behind!! I was so angry by this point i told he was not allowed in my home and that I would hand him his bag. But he refused to listen and started to PUSH HIS WAY PAST ME TO GET INTO MY HOUSE!! At this point i screamed blue murder because I was not adding assault to this horrible experience on top of everything else.
When i screamed, i think he got the message and backed off. I then gave him his bag and locked the door terrified!
THIS ISNT EVEN THE WORST OF IT.

I finally got through to the company 48hrs later (by this time im now abroad) and they had the audacity to charge me a £20 cancellation fee!!!!
EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO WALKED AWAY FROM THE JOB!!! FOR NO VALID REASON WHATSOEVR!!!

This was more than 2weeks ago now and they still refuse to refund me the £20 cancellation fee. Even though one of their staff agreed they would in writing. They are now just avoiding my calls and emails so it looks like I will have to go through the tedium of small claims court to get this back. And I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. They are just lucky I didn't get the police involved!!

Incredibly horrible experience. I booked a month in advance for end of tenancy cleaning on a recommendation from a friend and should have checked the reviews first. My booking was changed less than 24 hours in advance without confirmation. The cleaner then still showed up an hour and a half late and did such a poor job that my landlord needed to bring someone else in the following day- Do not book this service.

I booked this company for an end-of-tenancy cleaning for our one-bed flat. Only one woman turned up and I thought...good luck! I thought the flat was generally quite grubby and the oven and shower had stains that no amount of elbow grease I put in would shift. Within four hours, we had a call back and the flat was sparkling clean, with the problem areas as clean as I'd ever seen them. We were so happy with this service, the attention to detail was exceptional. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

End of Tenancy cleaning.

Ruined my wood worktops with chemical solution spill with no apologies.

They took hours and ended up doing most of the clean again myself as they missed obvious places.

Also they demanded payment in cash which seems like they are avoiding tax and had to ask for a receipt.

Avoid

Efficient end of tenancy clean & carpet shampooing. Cleaners sent were of a high standard at a competitive cost. Paid cash at end of clean once checked over.

I would put a 0 if possible. No caring at all about the service , only concerned with collecting money!

The most unprofessional company I ever have dealt with! Paid upfront and never received the services!

The worst possible experience. They 'cleaned' my flat and left it looking almost the same as when they arrived. Cupboards were filthy, the bathroom appliances were still covered in limescale, the oven was not cleaned properly. When I asked them to re-clean these areas the man in charge was really aggressive and intimidating. In the end I just paid them so that they would leave and it was such a horrible experience. Please don't use them to clean you place. The company is a complete con and I believe they are operating fraudulently as the bank details provided were for a personal account.

Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful customer service, they never answer calls, they rescheduled my booking day/time 2 times without reason - zero punctuality.
Avoid to use their services!

Horrendous, unable to acknowledge poor work and just disgraceful. Booked an end of tenancy/pre-sale clean and to say that it was a poor job is a grave understatement. "Maria" sends generic repetitive emails with no remorse of their incompetence and charged £230 for a one bedroom flat - and the whole place was left with grime, water marks and filth everywhere. Disgraceful beyond any service I have ever experienced.
