The cleaner arrived on time and spent the agreed 4 hours cleaning. After she had gone I checked the dishwasher and it had not been emptied! I am however pleased that the house is now ready to welcome new guests.

Excellent service for a 2 bedroom flat. The oven and all kitchen furnitures are back to new conditions and the flat is very clean

Booked an end of tenancy clean for our 2 bed, 2 bath flat.

Cleaner arrived 15 mins late and said she was finished just 2 hours later (end of tenancy clean includes oven clean, fridge clean, all skirtings, door handles etc)

Standard of clean was shocking with some tasks completed badly, others weren't done at all.

Called the cleaning company while cleaner was still there who were really defensive and told me I had to tell the cleaner what to do.

Pointed out all of the issues to the cleaner (floor hadn't been mopped in places, while the skirtings, shower screens, internal windows hadn't been cleaned at all), she whizzed round those in 10 minutes and said she was done.

Worst of all we paid a £50 additional fee to have the carpets professionally deep cleaned. THE CLEANER DID NOT EVEN ARRIVE WITH A STEAM CLEANER NEVER MIND A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANER. We were effectively charged £50 for the cleaner to vacuum a small area of carpet.

We were told by the cleaner before she left that if we weren't satisfied with with the standard of clean they would send another cleaner.

This clean cost us £115/hr and wasn't even carried out to the same standard as a normal domestic weekly clean.

We've asked for the cleaning company to offer a refund or send someone else out to complete the clean. We set out a photographic schedule showing all of the issues.
They offered us a £20 refund (less than half of the cost of the carpet deep clean which wasn't undertaken) or to send someone else out for a fee of £45. Since we responded they have not replied to any communication.

This cleaning company are at best incompetent, possibly bordering on fraudulent.

The company was contracted to carry out a deep clean of a 3 bedroom house, that had been lived in by an elderly lady for many years. Cleaning was required in preparation for the property being marketed for sale

The cleaning team did an excellent job, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard all day. The results of their deep cleaning efforts transformed the property.

We have used them many times (as we are a management agent), however on this occasion I cannot express more my disappointment considering that we are regular customers!
We paid £400 for our end of tenancy cleaning because of their guarantee of going back if we were unhappy with the service!!On the same day, 1 hour late the end of cleaning, I inspected the property and I found out that they left the boiler, the boiler cover, the shower tray and a few other items completely dirty (I wish I could attach pictures to this review). I have emailed them back with pictures and they got back saying that the flat was very dirty so that was the best they could have done.
BTW it is worth pointing out that they cleaned from 8 am to 11 am, they had max 3 cleaners. Does it mean that they charge £44.44 per hour?
What about their promise and the overcharge?
Advice for others, pay an independent cleaner, they charge £12 max £15, with £450 end of the tenancy (£400 because we are regular customers) they can clean for 36 hours. I am sure they will not miss any items!

They did an end of tenancy clean with carpeting cleaning for us and everything was wonderful!! I highly recommend. Great communication and a great team that came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom. Very professional. Thank you so much!!

Hired this company for a deep clean. The lady they sent did a fabulous job and the place looks so much better. She was very friendly and kind too. I have conversed with the office, via email, a lot to ask questions and everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Polite. Straight forward with great communication. Have a spring clean and oven clean. Great job. I am just waiting to find out if i can have a monthly cleaner. Thank you for making it in such short notice!!!

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning. They were quick to respond, friendly on the phone and even called up with a reminder a few days before the booking which was appreciated.

The cleaner himself was a nice man who was very patient when I messed up the parking situation. I was very happy with the quality of the job, even hard to reach places were cleaned and dusted. I got my full deposit back.

Todays cleaning by Kristina was excellent . Everything in the Flat including Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom plus all the floors cleaned very thoroughly and professionally.
The Cleaner was very punctual and efficient and i am happy to recommend this firm as also good value compared to some other options .

Before Covid I used this company several times so I didn't read recent reviews. I did have an issue with the level of service but the company have offered alternative solutions to my complete satisfaction... it is good to know that a company is willing to resolve problems. I would recommend that you are there when work is taking place to make sure you are satisfied, I would also suggest that the company have some form of sign off sheet as proof of the customer's satisfaction once the job is complete !!

I used an end of lease cleaning combined with carpet cleaning in two of the bedrooms. The overall experience was very good. However, it took half a day to clean the entire property even though I was told over the phone by Geri that It would take only 3 to 4 hours.

Mariela did an amazing job. Worked so hard to clean the house so well. Very impressed.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The cleaner did an absolutely terrible job, despite me asking her to re-clean certain areas several times. They of course refused to give a refund or return for a re-clean and they just stopped replying to my emails. If you call up, they say that all complaints are handled via email. The inventory check inspector at my apartment said it was one of the worst cleaning jobs she'd ever seen. Despite the fairly good price, it's not worth it at all - I had to spend a whole day re-cleaning the apartment. No idea how this company still exists.
