Their services are affordable and they we’re really friendly but they came a bit late to schedule

Following a Google search, I found out about the Cleaners London Ltd and booked a service for my end of terrace two bedroom house. The two men team arrived sharp on time, carried out the task on time, professionally and with constant pleasant smile. I most definitely recommend them and will use them again myself in the future.

Would highly recommend Damyan. He did a great job. Really thorough and house was sparkling clean when he left.

I booked a deep clean for £165 and was promised "a large team who of possibly 4" who would "spend the whole day, maybe 6 or 7 hours" at the property until the work was done. I asked whether they'd speak English so I could tell them about the priorities and the areas to skip.

Two cleaners arrived who used Google Translate to tell me that they would leave in two hours. When I asked if everything would be completed by then they said "maybe".

Two cleaners at £19/h for two hours is £76, not £165.

The office told me they would phone 30 minutes before and the cleaners said they would phone me 15 minutes before, taking my phone number. No one contacted me.

I returned to the property after two hours to check and the cleaners had vanished.

The quality of work was extremely poor even for a standard clean, not a deep clean. Some rooms had not been entered and only easy-to-reach and mostly clean areas were wiped down. Window sills, skirting, behind doors, under furniture were not touched - the areas I requested to prioritise.

I immediately sent an email complaint as per the process. I waited three days for a reply after chasing daily. The receptionist would say someone will get back to me "within a few minutes/the following morning/this afternoon" but no such help came until I followed up to the email on the third day.

I was shown some blurry photos of a couple of rooms as apparent proof that the job was finished. No photos were shown of the rooms not entered or showed the poor quality of the work.

They said they would revisit at a charge to complete the work.

I will have to take them to small claims court.

Seems like a scam. Avoid!

I am a full time working mum who decided to once in a blue moon save herself from kitchen cleaning and pay 70GBP for that service so that I would not have to do it again on my own, but rather spend some quality time with my family. I was so happy and excited I can actually afford this service, but now I am 70GBP out of my pocket and had to do the same job I already paid for again.
The service was bad on every level, starting from the booking process to actual cleaning work. I had to rebook because apparently my email confirmation went to spam? That all complicates things if you are working ofcourse. They did contact me the day before to reschedule, but again even if I was reachable it would not be possible in such a short notice.
Second, and most important, the lady came with absolutely NO CLEANING PRODUCTS. There was never mentioned that I should provide all. Luckily, I had all that was needed. She has literally only wiped the surfaces without proper cleaning, moped the floor and oven was just wiped. It was left with all the crumbs, food residue and food stains in all the gaps and between frame and oven door. It was just terrible. I had to ask her to actually clean the fridge as she was not planing to clean inside the fridge at all. We don't even have the microwave, so basically, she just cleaned the sink propeprly, wiped the oven and moped the floor. No cupboards were cleaned inside. This is just embarrassing, I never leave such bad comments, but I really think people should know! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Such a shame no option to post pictures, because they would speak for themselves. Believe all the bad reviews and do not use this company. My honest and sincere advise to all the ladies out there, do not use this company. I already feel like a fool that could spend this money on my child and no other women should go through this experience.

I paid £139 for an end of tenancy clean of a one bedroom flat. A single cleaner turned up 2.5 hours late after I had called to chase multiple times. Brought minimal equipment. Spent approx 4h in property. Some areas completely uncleaned - skirting boards not touched, sofa or bed not moved to hoover behind as apparently cleaners not allowed to move furniture, radiators in bathroom not dusted, microwave uncleaned, floors still dirty. Took myself and another person around 2 hours to finish off all the areas missed.
I sent photos of untouched areas to the manager who dismissed all my comments and refused reclean under 48h guarantee. They were very rude and not at all apologetic.
Like another reviewer, I had used this company 2.5 years ago for an end of tenancy clean and they were fantastic. In that occasion 2 cleaners arrived, they spent twice as long and brought much more equipment. Sadly they now appear not to care at all about customer service. Please avoid using them as they will make the already challenging process of moving even more stressful when you have to arrange time and money to reclean, particularly if on a tight deadline for checkout. With such poor customer service they don’t deserve your business.

Avoid at all costs!!! Terrible customer service. I booked an end of tenancy professional clean with this company. They kept cancelling the service and rebooking. I explained to them that I booked with them as I required a Sunday so that I could be there to let the cleaners in and check the job. The job they eventually provided was very poor quality and not at all a professional clean. Half the flat was not even touched and the carpets were half hovered. Due to their cancellations I was unable to rebook with them as new tenants were moving in and they advised I would need to pay an additional £50 to have them send someone else over to do the job again.

My carpets and sofa looks great! I live on the third floor and the lift is out of action. The chap was great and didn't moan! Thank you.

Affordable price but unhappy client as they run late as an incident occurred and told me no for requesting to trial clean the sofa.
In this situations it would have been nice to offer a discount even.
I did not like the person on the phone, was not nice

Awful job. Awful clean, Awful service. I booked a deep clean. I got a two hour speed clean that, on the surface looked ok, but missed major parts of the flat (no cleaning behind the sofa or window frames, stains remained on the floor).
Also, it took four attempts to turn up.
I am 200 quid out and considering if it's worth going to court.
Because I did not complain at the time of the clean they say I was happy and there is nothing they can do about it. To add insult to injury, they offered to let me pay them to fix it.
If you want confidence that a company will do the job, go somewhere else. Don't use this bunch of amateurs.

On the day the cleaners said that I’d booked the wrong clean and they were unable to clean it to the standard I requested

The response was well I booked a deep clean so my problem it didn’t cover this

The clean was a standard clean not a deep clean - don’t use if you want an actual deep clean

Terrible attention to detail. This was raised within 48 hours as per their '48 hour guarantee' and I followed up with pictures and examples of areas that were left uncleaned. This was raised with their supervisor who was dsimissive and shrugged off any accountability. Do not use this company

Have used this service before and never had a problem with them. This time, however, has been a bit of a nightmare. First they tried to rearrange numerous times. After me clearly stating they needed to clean at the agreed time and date, they called me 4 times to try and rearrange. Finally managed to get them to come on the correct date but 2 hours late.

Unfortunately, they did not do a thorough clean. Partly my fault as I trusted they would have completed the job satisfactorily (having used them before) and I didn't do a thorough check of the premises before leaving - due to the fact I left in a rush as they came late. The agency then got in touch a day later to say a few things had been missed. I called the cleaners to arrange a re-clean however the only date they could give was after I was due to hand over the keys. I had to go back and clean some items myself, and did not have time to check everything else. The new tenants then moved in and sent 27 more photos of things they found that had not been cleaned. I tried to get the cleaners to go back and finish the job, but they flatly refused as it was over two weeks since they "completed the service" - which was never complete, as they missed so much the first time. I paid £194 for the clean, and am now another £216 out of pocket to pay for other trusted cleaners to go and finish the job. These cleaners did off me another clean at a discounted rate, but I don't really trust they would do the job properly given how much they missed the first time.

Hit or miss, you might get lucky with them. Depends on the cleaners they send. I won't be using them again, will definitely pay a bit extra to get in a more reputable company with better customer service. The agency I rented through have had similar problems with these cleaners in the past to the point I think they are going to advise all tenants to not use them for end of tenancy cleans.

Very disappointed at the sub-par level of work from a company I had used before. As said, you might get lucky and they do the right job. I was not so lucky on this occasion.

Update - new cleaners went in and did the job quite easily, even accounting for the new tenant's furniture being in there. Finally getting my deposit back almost a month after moving out. I would advise against using these cleaners if you want a hassle free return of your deposit.

I had all my windows cleaned, inside and out. The man was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I am very happy with the service. A little more then I would have liked to pay, but worth it.

My first time with Cleaners London was a positive experience.
I'm a senior citizen, rapidly developing stiff joints, wonky balance, arthritis etc - making housework harder to manage independently.
I live alone, do mainly voluntary work and still some of the paid stuff. So I keep busy and am not lonely. BUT one thing that happens a lot at this stage of life is being needed to store lots of stuff for other family departments. e.g. crates of grandchildren's Lego in the loft, living rooms filled with in-laws' spare furniture etc... So much intended living space gets needed for storage.
This makes it hard to even reach the basic places which need regular cleaning.
So I bought a one off deep clean. The team who came were great. Did a quick whizz round checking what needed doing, got all the gear out, split into pairs and worked through the job. So suddenly I had a bunch of people carefully moving round the house working together to tidy up, wipe up, sweep up, wash up, mop up EVERYWHERE. And they were so understanding and considerate towards me. I felt I'd known them for years. I will invite them again, in a few weeks.

Absolute fraudsters, read all the negative reviews before you go any further...
I'm not sure how they have managed to gain ANY good reviews, but I suspect that's also fraudulent.
We paid them upfront for a "deep professional clean", they sent people who stayed for just over an hour, and left the house almost EXACTLY the way it had been before they started. They claimed it was "in a bad state" before they started, but accepted payment and didn't inform us they thought it was too much for them. We have offered to come to a compromise and pay the going local rate £15/hr for the cleaners (despite it really looking as though they had just stood around for an hour), but they are ignoring/stonewalling.
Great way to make money, but I doubt whether they make much from repeat custom.

Great service, they provided a next day end of tenancy cleaning service. The cleaner, Daisy, did a fantastic job.

Honestly couldn't be happier. Great price and fantstic service. Everyone very polite and amenable and the guy who cleaned the carpets was extremely efficient and thorough.

A thorough good deep clean. I especially liked how much attention was paid to the areas harder to reach like under furniture and skirting boards. They changed one bed for me which was very useful. Friendly and hard working. Impressed, I will rebook in a while. Thank you.
