Cleaners London organised an End of Tenancy cleaning at short notice for one of our properties in Hackney, we literally called midday on a Wednesday and they arranged the cleaner for the next morning 9am.
The cleaner turned up on time with all the equipment and got started without any time wasted in an prioritised and organised manner.
It took 5 hours to do a 3 bed flat but the cleaner was on her own, had there been a team it would have been quicker but due to the short notice this was fine.
The costs are reasonable and competitive and we paid via BACS.
Will definitely use their services again.

Appalling service. End of tenancy arranged for Tuesday. Waited in empty property for an hour. No call from them. Never turned up. Offered next day 8am, again waited . Didnt turn up until 9. No arranged window cleaner either. 2 hours to inventory check. I was finally furious and stressed and they then refused my then already paid service . Just left me . 2 hours to check out and straight away check in . Tenan moving at 2pm . Flat dirty….Apalling ! Never trust them.

Cleaners arrived late and left early, despite asking them to call us prior to finishing. They spent most of their time out the front smoking and didn’t move any furniture including bedside tables or rugs. The company is non responsive and don’t respond to emails or calls. If you want a hassle free, guaranteed professional clean, this company will cause you nothing but stress. Avoid at all costs! You also have to pay in cash, so read between the lines.

The cleaner was on time and cleaned the flat very well. Very good service

Annual window cleaning service for 5 years was very good. We now know it was the particular subcontractors that was good who since left the country.
This year we booked exactly the same service for the same property as usual. The contractor arrived late - we took him through the property. He said the loft conversion window and double doors were not possible - too dangerous and the job will take longer then quoted therefore more money than agreed even without the loft. I commented that its the same property as the last 5 years and we never had an issue for the window/door being cleaned in the loft as they had the appropriate long poles etc. He left presumably to get his gear from the car. Next thing the office phone to cancel the job.
We took time off work to be home and take the appointment and there was no real apology.
We had guests coming to stay the weekend and wanted to agree that they clean at least all apart from the loft conversion but they were unwilling to work with us on an alternative and just said the contractor had already moved to the next job.
A couple of years ago we booked a regular house cleaning from the same company and that was also truly terrible. As we were so happy with the window cleaning at the time we let that slide but never used the house cleaning service again.
We found a new local window clean company and will never use this company again!

Found them online as they were local to us. Service used was end of tenancy cleaning service as we were moving out of the rental flat. We had compared a couple of quotes, they were the most cost competitive whist including all services we needed for the clean.

Special thank you to the gentleman (unfortunately we never caught his name) who cleaned our flat, he was extremely nice and friendly and did a great job - all on his own too, we were very impressed!

The inquiry and booking experience was great, I had one phone call with them and a couple of emails confirming details and questions we had, all very straightforward and clear.

Following the clean the check out inventory clerk visited the flat and we have received all of our deposit back without any issues.

Therefore we would highly recommend them, very trust worthy and professional!

Unprofessional to say the least!
Booked a 3 bedroom flat carpet cleaning service.
Luckily payment was due at the arrival of the cleaner instead of upfront payment.
Cleaner was 30min late when I called the first time… and I have been told they had traffic issues…
Many emails and phone calls followed, to check why they were late and if they were coming at all! They provided many different excuses (lies) and assured me the cleaner was on the way.
They never turned up!!!
After 3 hours I cancelled the service as I was already late for work commitments.
Not only made me lose half day of work waiting for them, but they have also lied repeatedly and shamelessly. Do not expect an apology, I haven’t got one!
Terrible customer service.
Stay away from them!

I wish I could give zero stars. They came to our house, walked around for few minutes, took few pictures and left without a single word!! That was end of tenancy cleaning and we had to move out the next morning. I ended up cleaning myself.

The staff also didn't understand simple questions in English.

Save your time, money and avoid loads of stress (!) and don't book them.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The cleaner was 40 minutes late, I had to call to find out if he was coming after waiting for half an hour as no one informed me. Once here he did the carpets within less than half an hour and as soon as he was finished he left. It was only half an hour later that I found he had broken something in my room and never informed me. When I called to complain I got asked to send pictures and after a few emails I got an email back saying he had mentioned the breakage and offered a refund. This is a LIE, that conversation never happened and the worst part is that when I called again completely frustrated the lady hung up on me. I can’t believe people can get away with such a poor service, we used this company before but will certainly never use it again.

Very happy with my experience so far. Cleaner did a brilliant job with a deep bathroom cleaning and was super efficient, professional, and very, very helpful. I’ve also contracted a jet washing service before and it was fantastic too.

Amazing same day service after a sewage overspill at my flat I rent out and was unable to attend personally. Complete deep clean and carpet cleanse. My tenant was over the moon with how quick they attended and service she was provided. Great work thanks

Inconsistent service and generally quite poor. They have not done basic things like mopping floors or wiping around sinks. We've tired using them 5 times (with 4 different cleaners being sent) and I think only 2 of the cleans were satisfactory.
They made an effort with the first clean but since then have been lazy and poor.
They also change appointment times at short notice and will simply leave the property without saying anything when they have "finished", so it's not possible to check their work and ask for improvements. Avoid this company.

Good clean, left in acceptable condition to hand over to the landlord.

The cleaner was on time and did a fantastic job. Myself and my family are very happy with her work and will highly recommend the company.

They came and went, nothing noticeable was cleaned.

A waste of money

Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid up front for a deep clean to a three bed house and after arriving an hour late, the company demanded a further £100 due to one bathroom being dirtier than expected and if I did not pay would walk out of the house. I agreed but as I was not at my computer could not make payment until I got back to my computer, which they did not accept. So I ring my client to go to the cash point to draw the extra fee. Only then did that start. 1/2 way through the clean, one of the cleaners used a radiator as a step. This resulted in the radiator coming away from the wall. When my client confronted the cleaner, who in turn, become very aggressive and they all walked out of the door with the job 1/2 done with a radiator hanging off the wall!

Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!

Very efficient thoughtful team who left my house and carpets sparklingly clean after 6 weeks of decoration.
Thrilled with the result and reasonable cost. 100% will use them again.
