Paid £350 for a itemised deep clean service of a 5 bed house. Made me pay upfront in cash before they started work. One person spent approx. three hours cleaning while another cleaned two bathrooms and then disappeared. They did a very superficial clean. When I pointed out just some of the things that had not been done, the guy they sent got argumentative about what was included and said that £350 is cheap and that it would cost twice that amount to clean the house. I got them to come back to reclean some areas but in the end gave up because he just kept arguing - I was on my own in the house and didn’t feel safe so asked him to leave. I did not agree with him that the service was complete and he wouldn’t give me my money back. When I complained to the company, including sending photographic evidence of areas that they didn’t clean, they refused to give any money back and just offered me 20% off if I booked another service. Given how bad the service is I am not going to do that. They are not any cheaper than much better companies out there. Do not use.

Thank you so much for sending your team yesterday. Exactly on time and a wonderful friendly smile greeted me when I opened the door. They did a wonderful job. The team left the house feeling very clean and ready to move into. Nothing to fault them on. 10/10

Found the company through a Google search as needed an End of Tenancy clean.
Even though it was over a weekend, I got prompt responses and the quoted price was very reasonable. The booking process was efficient and straightforward.
The two staff members who came in were punctual and friendly. Their work was thorough and I was impressed by their attention to detail.
Would highly recommend them.

I asked for a deep clean, and got just that: a prompt, willing and charming trio who did a fantastic job on my largish four-storey house in one long morning. I shall be arranging a regular service with them from now on!

They did an excellent job and were, as usual very professional and friendly. We have used them several times now and are 100% pleased with their work and attitude.

Great communication, polite cleaners, totally professional in the service they provided. Turned a building site back into my home. Builder had left the house in a state, these cleaners worked tirelessly to make it a home again. Totally recommend and will use again.

From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt and professional. They were accommodating to my schedule and were able to arrange a convenient time for the cleaning.

I used Cleaners London for a fairly straightforward bathroom clean, and they've been prompt and thorough in their work. The shower was in a bit of a state - the kind that couldn't be spotlessly cleaned, as sealant needs replacing - but the cleaner did better than expected, very happy with the outcome.

Very prompt and cleaned the oven which now looks like new out the box!

Stay away from this company if you value your hard earned money. They are a liability and their service is disgraceful and a joke. If I could upload photos of the state of the room after this professional clean it would clearly show the lack of cleaning actually carried out. The excuse for the mess, “they didn’t want to hoover under the bed” why not tell me so I could move the bed for them? Also paid for carpet cleaning and to say that was a joke in its self would be an understatement. Had to re do everything ! Waste of 150.00. Disgusting to also demand cash, provide no prooof of payment and no reassurance on the services promised. Due to payment being made in cash I am unable to contact my bank and make them aware the contract was not fulfilled. They seem to have done this on purpose. Also seems very sus to only accept payment and in advance, I smell tax invasion! Take my word when I tell you there is a much better company to give your hard earned money too. Please don’t make the same mistake I made

Have just had 2 bedroom carpets steam cleaned today plus a deep clean of the kitchen & bathroom.
Cons
Demanding payment up front as if I am going to leave the house with total strangers in it to get out of paying. I had cash & explained this to the gentlemen, who was very late. This too felt excessive when I had already paid the gardener up front as soon as he arrived.
Carpets are still damp 4 hours later & I've had the heating on since 11am...it's now 4pm. My request for a 3rd attempt at drying was met with assurance this was the normal moisture expected post clean but I have had the carpets cleaned several times and know the difference.
They took my fairy liquid which was an XXl bottle with them which is rather disappointing!

Appalling service from beginning to end. To be avoided at all costs!

Started with an aggressive, ´you pay cash now or no clean’… and ended with a strong domestic clean outcome but definitely not a professional clean as was advertised and paid for.

I gave them the opportunity to put matters right, a 2nd person came and addressed half the list of items that needed doing. When I complained yet again I was informed I could pay extra to have matters put right.

A very disappointing experience, not professional and not clean… yet expensive!!

Very pleased with this service. Reasonably priced and very quick and efficient, The cleaner turned up on time and did the job very well. I would recommend this service.

I booked in an end of tenancy cleaning, the team did arrive late but I was notified in good time beforehand so it was no issue.

They provided an excellent service, the property looked like when we first moved in and I was genuinely amazed.

I booked 2 gardeners to sort out my mess of a garden. They were amazing! Arrived bang on time, they were energetic, cheerful, helpful and did an excellent and thorough job. Tidied up after themselves perfectly. I will definitely be booking them again.
