Dust sheets
I ordered 4 Bolton twill dust sheets as advertised which are the tight weave quality decorators sheets
When they arrived they were just cheap cotton sheets which won’t stop dust going through them and are only worth half the price we paid.

Appalling Customer Service
Most appalling, disorganised customer service I have ever experienced.
Order was worth over 2.5K. Was in stock when ordered. Was waiting for the order for over a month and half!
Phoned up multiple times only to get through to someone a handful of times, I asked for updates, and wasn't given any information. I then asked if there was someone else I could speak to and was told no. When I asked for things to be sent in an email for confirmation I was also told no.
The product did arrive eventually however I lost customers due to the wait. When this was raised with the customer service it was clear they couldn't care less.
I would advise anyone expecting things to go smoothly and quickly to avoid this company at all cost and use a different supplier.
