Hello Michael T, what an ungfair review. First you made the order yourself on our other website www.windowcleaningstuff.co.uk at 9:22 pm.
Second this website clearly says at the checkout in plain English "Non-mainland postcodes Non-mainland addresses may incur additional charges after orders are placed. Contact us" but you didn't contact us for your delivery adress at BT17 0NE.
Third, as you didn't accept the shipping cost of £20 inc Vat we refunded you straight away.
