cleaners were 20-25 minutes late

cleaners were 20-25 minutes late. The email I got the night before gave me the impression there was one cleaner, however there were 3. I came home from work and they were still there, I never requested them to stay longer and had arranged for my husband to call in during the day as I couldnt be late for work waiting for them. I got a text message 2 days later on a Sunday that the cleaner stayed additional hours and there was a further 200 euro to be paid, I was absolutely fuming and requested a call, my house didnt even need 10 hours cleaning and i still wasnt happy with the level of cleaning. I mentioned I had cameras at my house and needed the time of arrival and departing the cleaners told her, of course its over a week ago now and they never even rang or text me back. Scam of a company and so unprofessional!!!

I won’t taking the time to appreciate your review which is far from being a fair one

To start with the system is sending the reminder night before to client with The first cleaner name more as a reminder rthat the booking is next day rather than the number of cleaners .

And yes 3 cleaners came and the 10 hours were split between them , they overworked extra 8 h on the house as your house was very big for the average size you booked (5 baths , huge gym ) etc
You never complained or contacted us about the cleaning not on the cleaning day or after within the 24 h ….
More than that you have been contacted about the extra time the same moment when the cleaners informed us about the extra time which you didn’t agreed to pay Therefore the charge was not paid , leaving a fake review were you suggest this things is just appealing and not ok at all to denigrate someone business just because you suddenly decided on a Sunday night

Avoid avoid avoid!

Do not use this company!
I recently paid for 'new build package'.
It included 2 cleaners, 7hrs each- so 14hrs work. I supplied cleaning products.
There was NO furniture in the house at time of cleaning, and also, my Painter had sprayed our doors so it had been diligently hoovered, and he even hid the key so no1 could get in for 3 days.
So it was already a lovely job for them.
Or so I thought.
Extremely disappointed with all areas but the windows primarily.
As in a previous review, streaky and obviously used a dirty cloth.
Kitchen was not cleaned- when I did it, there was sawdust in most cupboards and drawers. The pantry had apparently been done a second time, and again was not, 2.shelves with loads of sawdust.
There was a bag of rubbish left at side.of house, plastic left on kitchen units and windows- they were only to do inside of windows, that was never disputed. But again, they did not.
I expressed my disappointment with manager- Sandra, who was very professional and receptive, asked for evidence so she could show cleaners and arranged for further cleaning which I was very impressed with. I stressed my biggest issue was the dirty windows. I also told her there was absolutely no way they did even 7 hrs work between them, possibly 5.

When the second time came, I arrived and met the ladies.
I had been sent photos of the exact places I had sent on-velux, plastic taken off in utility, sticker.removed from stove. All just very petty.
The cleaner acknowledged windows were.not clean, even though she had claimed they had done them all again.
I scratched tiny paint spots off easily to demonstrate that they weren't, asked for the J cloth she had and rubbed some off, then there were more.spots that I needed to wet the J cloth which again all came off easily.
Again, I had supplied the products, the J cloths had not been wet, and the crease mark.from packaging was clearly visible.
The cleaner agreed and acknowledged they weren't clean. Ask what did I want them to do as they had already been there a second time for an hr- to which I told them the windows weren't clean.
I rang Sandra while standing beside cleaner (who was very professional and calm might I add).
What I was met with! She told me I wanted perfection and I'd never get it as it doesn't exist, said the house was clean, she sent me.photos, I explained her cleaner had agreed and was actively cleaning spots off bedroom window while I was on the phone. she became defensive, dismissive and saying she had sent the girls again and insisted house was clean. I asked when she was coming to inspect and she then told me she wouldn't, that she was in Dublin. There was no point continuing conversation due to her attitude.
She claimed work men were there- 1 man had arrived 10mins before me while girls were sitting in the car. And my Dad was working on garden- he was j9t even in the house. She claimed the builders and work.men should clean off the spots of paint and debris on windows. Again insisted they only do inside and I was extremely clear the inside of windows were filthy- clearly being wiped w8th dirty cloths.

Once I terminated the call, I got a message saying 'she has called me again already' followed by a second.message 'this woman is so annoying for me now'.
To which I replied- u just sent that to 'this woman'.
I was then met with message after.message, 3 or 4 in a minute aggressive and defensive, saying I wanted 'perfection', 'still not happy' and 'this is a joke'.
She said the girls had left, when they were still there and I was there.
I felt I had to block her as the messages kept coming.
The level of unprofessionalism was startling and shocking.
She then deleted the 2 messages quoted above.
Absolutely awful experience.
The girls had been unable to open door with key, and so husband had t9 gonout and opened it for them- she stated in email that it had needed a bit more force than what girl had used, but then claimed they not being able to gain entry to property was not calculated.
I don't know what they were doing her for 7 hours the first day, but they were not cleaning.
Awful experience.

great service

Very happy with the people who cleaned my house. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly. As I am not on a bus route, I did need to collect them from the nearest town but I was ok doing that. There was great communications from the company regarding a change in the arrival time (due to bus schedule)

Absolutely disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Poor Value for Money

I hired this company for a post-renovation clean of a five-bedroom house, expecting a high standard of service for the price paid. Unfortunately, what I received was far below expectations. Not all areas were cleaned, and those that were left much to be desired. Windows and mirrors were streaky, and there was visible dust under furniture in rooms that were supposedly finished. This was not a deep clean – it barely met the standard of a regular weekly clean.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than professionalism. There was no accountability, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issues. Instead, the response I received was confrontational and dismissive.

Following my review, the owner of the business proceeded to send me a series of unprofessional and inappropriate messages. She accused me of lying, claimed my house was “too big” to clean properly, and even stated that the reason the clean was substandard was because my house was “too dirty.” She sent photos of private areas of my home, including my daughter’s room, which was untidy due to her being unwell, and a wash closet that was never cleaned as part of their service. These photos were sent after I had already paid in full and expressed my dissatisfaction.

She implied that more paid hours were required to complete the job properly, something that was never discussed in advance. When I declined to pay additional fees for a service that had already fallen short, the tone of her messages became increasingly aggressive and accusatory. I made every effort to address this respectfully and directly, including calling her to discuss it only to be met with bullying.

I paid in good faith and expected a professional service. Instead, I was left feeling taken advantage of, disrespected, and ultimately harassed for voicing a legitimate complaint. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Basic clean - not deep clean

Liked - friendly two ladies that arrived, didn't mind that they had got the address wrong at the beginning and were 30 minutes later than expected. They did mostly a good job with hoovering and mopping the floors.
Didn't like - Had asked for skirting boards, mirrors and inside windows to be cleaned as priority unfortunately these were only half done, some windows done, no mirrors in sitting room done, some skirting boards done. There was one very obvious dirty dusty skirting board where I had pulled out a bookshelf to be done and this wasn't done. Bathroom upstairs done ok but no attention to smaller details, ok if you just want basic clean. Bathroom downstairs the bath and toilet not done and floors not cleaned. The two ladies had already left the house and said goodbye before I could check downstairs. Was a bit disappointed as expected more of a deeper clean rather than basic clean. The two ladies seemed very friendly so perhaps they were just new.
