Excellent service

Excellent service. Cleaning done to very high quality and spent a full 10 hours doing a deep clean. Very kindly and engaged cleaner. Communication from main office was good and kept me up to date. The price is competitive and I think good value for the quality of the service.

Unreliable with no respect for customers

First time booking was happy with job done so decided to book again. Our appointment was Cancelled by the company that morning as apparently cleaner had no insurance updated for her car, the short notice was very annoying but we rescheduled for the following week. Then the next time I received a text cancelling the service again-10 minutes before arrival -that the cleaners other previous customer wanted extra cleaning done so they couldn't fit me in! What is the point of booking a cleaner a week in advance if the appointment time won't be honoured? We made plans for our two young children under 2 to be out of the house on both occasions and it was a huge inconvenience. Requested my deposit back-nothing. Sent a follow up email for my deposit and have not received any money or reply. My next step is to request a charge back from my bank. I wish I read these reviews before booking! Have moved to a different company now who are excellent.

The wurst company ever

So unethical I’m still waiting for my money, they didn’t pay me and other two colleagues that went to do clean a local shop. Is going to be three month and the manager didn’t give any clarification.

Stay well clear of this company!

Stay well clear of this company, if you want a clean house DO NOT go with these guys.

Owner is one of the most unprofessional and rudest individuals I have dealt with.

Cleaners came and must have had eye sight problems because the property was still dirty. The company does exactly what is says on the tin : clean - less

Sent photos and got nothing but rude and unforgiving messages back.

Warning: suspected lack of insurance

We had used this company for years without any issues until recently. There have been serious quality problems with the cleaning in the past few weeks, which I addressed with the owner, Sandra. Yesterday, the cleaner broke an item worth €150. I sent a link for a replacement, noting it was on sale for €120. We asked how this would be handled and were shocked when Sandra said the cleaner would have to pay for it. I explained our contract was with Cleanless, not the cleaner, and inquired about their insurance policy.

I received a confusing text suggesting the cleaner wouldn't have to pay, but later, we received €120 from the cleaner, not Cleanless. Clearly, the cleaner was asked to cover the cost. Sandra then denied promising a cleaning refund, despite saying otherwise on the phone. I requested insurance details but got no response.
Beware of using this company. They seem to lack proper insurance and make cleaners pay for damages. This incident and the poor cleaning quality prompted us to warn others. We found glass shards on the bathroom floor, an unmade bed, no polishing, and general mess. The cleaner arrived four hours late, disrupting our day.
Sandra sent nasty texts and we had to block her. We'll forfeit the €75 and never use this company again. We're both teachers, Sandra, get paid during the summer & have no reason to lie- but thanks for your concern :)

I was not even aware the cleaners broke the scale until late on the afternoon when they sent me a photo with and saying they want to pay for it , I have their messages forwarded to you directly . I never asked any cleaner to pay for any damage . We cleaned many Irish houses and companies for free believe me when I say that as we have all the proof of that . No reason to lie
I have agreed yesterday to do the refund of yesterday cleaning to you and the cleaner to transfer their part
What you wanted was more than that scale worth considering you are not having the job over summer as you said me yesterday when paused the cleaning for over summer I can understand where came the frustration and needed of refund despite you got the the full transfer .
Moreover you never complained of the services always praise for them …. They even cleaned the oven even if was not included on your basic package so please just stop with this nonsense situation

PS: copy and paste from the cleaner message “ I kept my word to pay for what was broken. But I don't understand why she's so frustrated. I've met with them and they treated us so well several times. Why did they never tell me that the service wasn't that good? They always thanked us for cleaning their house.

Cleanless review

Cleaners were good and very pleasant. They were 1.5 hours late due to traffic I feel the they or the company should have contacted me to inform me they were running late instead I had to make contact after thirty minutes and received no other contact regarding their where abouts unless I initiated it.

STAY AWAY

The owner of this company does what she likes not what u pay her for. She is arrogant ignorant and talks down to the person who gives her a job. Also beware of giving your card details for the deposit as - when I questioned why I had one cleaner when I paid for two - she immediately drew off the balance from my card. The job hadn’t even been started 🤷‍♀️. I’m giving one star so I can leave this review- I wouldn’t give her any star. BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN

The most effective and efficient…

The most effective and efficient cleaning service I have ever used. I didn’t give much notice but the crew were able to be on site within 24 hours. The ladies were friendly, paid attention to detail. Definitely recommend

Good experience . Two polite and hard working people.

Ordered cleaner from "cleanless" .
Two cleaners arrived instead of one which helped a lot as they worked as a Team, the time was halved to be fair " 3 hrs instead of 6 " but it was fine as they powered through the work.
Overall I found them really polite and easy to work with .

Honestly absolutely atrocious service

Honestly absolutely atrocious service. Cleaners were 1.5 hours late on the day, did a full job but missed quite a lot of key places, when I reached out to them on WhatsApp I was treated with sarcasm, aggression and smart remarks. I asked for a refund of half of what I paid since the services rendered did not in any way meet satisfactory levels. I showed photos to which they even agreed were not acceptable, then I was met again with bemused replies when I asked for more than just my deposit back. I ended up with no refund at all because they offered to send a cleaner back for one hour, a week afterwards. Avoid at all costs.

Our policy is to notify us within 24 h not 3 days after the cleaning was done , on the cleaning day the cleaner texted you to go there to inspect the place and if is something missed and not cleaned good to informed them which you didn’t . You came Tuesday with some pipes photos under the sink and a skirtingboard on one side of the kitchen not wiped which I I agreed to either send 1 h the cleaner which is less than 10 minutes that to be fixed or to refund your deposit back
Leaving 1 star just because you planned to have a house clean for half of the amount I can obviously see this was all planned since none of the alternatives suits you

Samantha was amazing!!!

Samantha was amazing! She was punctual, very polite and mannerly. I had a huge amount of clothes to organise and get rid of and Samantha helped sort through it all. I learnt a load about her culture and she cleaned everything to the point it was spotless. She's a credit to the company. I highly recommend her! Thanks so much!

Booked them for a full house deep clean last week. I booked 1 cleaner for 5 hours but 2 cleaners showed up (mother and daughter). First impressions mean a lot. They showed up, the mother smoking a cigarette and threw it on the ground outside (we don't smoke). They cleaned for 2.5 hours then left. Before they left I went to use the toilet and it was so filthy I had to wipe it clean myself. I asked the lady if they had cleaned the toilet already and she said yes then I showed her the dirt and she wiped the toilet seat with a cloth then wiped the floor with the same cloth!!! They only cleaned half of the kitchen backsplash, they didn't even clean my 2nd bathroom!!!!! It was left filthy. Didn't mop the floor or anything!!! For a deep clean I expected my house to actually be cleaned but I was shocked at how they left it. All they really did was wipe the counter top that was visible, clean the microwave and oven and hoover and mop (and by mop I mean she used a cloth on a brush to mop the whole house. Yes, the same cloth). When they were leaving I asked if they had cleaned the small bit of mould on my windows (which we agreed to do at the start of the job and upon booking them) and she said no we don't have time. That was it. They literally did the jobs that I do myself on a daily basis. I booked this service so I could get a once off deep clean then be able to maintain it myself but this wasn't the case.
Oh and the best part is... I complained immediately to Sandra and they still took my full payment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I sent all the photos of the dirt and she ignored it. I've asked for a reclean or a refund but no response!
Stay well away from this company. They are pure useless and just take your money!!! If I could share pics here I would. I'm appalled

Just adding an edit here to say that Sandra got back to me telling me to go away and leave her alone and cursing at me telling me the reason they didn't clean my house was because it was too dirty 🤣🤣🤣
She said a lot of very rude things which I won't repeat here so I opened a charge back on Revolut, to which Cleanless never responded, and I got my money back!!!
I hope others see this and avoid this company at all costs!
