I requested a text/call the day before from Sandra. The Cleaner never showed up and Still waiting for my deposit back waiting over a week now. Basically stole €80 from me!
Terrible service & company

Had a cleaner booked for today to do a deep clean of my house as my mum is receiving cancer treatment, so we needed the house clean for her returning from an operation tomorrow. No one showed up this morning. I rang a woman called Sylwia, who said she’d call me back as it must be a system issue. She then ignored my calls and texts all day. Told me she’d call me in 20 minutes - that was 6 hours ago. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. I’m recovering from spinal surgery, and have to spend my evening cleaning while in pain, because I’ve had no chance to get someone else at such short notice. AVOID this company. Wish I’d read the reviews here before wasting my time.

EDIT: I have email and text proof of the confirmation, so no, I am absolutely not a liar. Disgusting service.

Absolutely happy with everything. My house is clean and tidy. Nice girls, punctual, kids and professional.

Very poor clean. Did not even make the beds correctly. Quality of service was atrocious. Complained via email including pictures of thework that was done and was met with very rude and unhelpful responses. Offered a small a discount which I was not satisfied with, they then took the money from my bank account without my authorization despite the fact that we had not resolved the issues I had with the service I received. Avoid this company at all costs - wish I had read the reviews on here and trust pilot before I used them as they all seem to be of a similar theme - Just awful.

I can see the owner replied below stating my table is badly stained - just to clarify, it's a brand new wooden table that had some splashes on it from my children eating their breakfast which came off with the wipe of a cloth. And the photo I included of the utility room was to show how the room was left more untidy at the end of the clean than the beginning as none of my cleaning products or bins were put back in the correct place.

There is obviously no training provided to the staff and no standards of quality upheld. And if you have a complaint you will get a rude argument from the owner, it's actually embarrassing for her.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Zero star review. Cleaners arrive whenever the feel like it. Sandra is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in business. They store all you credit card details and will take money whenever they like. They have not sent me any vat invoices. Avoid avoid avoid

Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Get another company. Cleaners cancelled twice then didn't show on third attempt with no notification. Deposit taken at booking. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

For some reason my review was removed so I feel an obligation to review again to enforce just how terrible cleanless is.

Terrible service, owner is mostly unreachable and when you do get hold of her she refuses to help and constantly talks over you and interrupts you while you’re talking. €140 for a deep clean and all we got was a vacuum and floors mopped, none of the deep cleaning was done at all. Honestly wouldn’t trust them to clean my shoes. Avoid this company like the plague.

Absolutely disgusted by the email that I received from their customer service representation because we decided to cancel the clean and go with another company - thank god we did if this is the professionalism they show.

I could go on but I do not want to waste anymore of my time on this absolute shambles of a company.

Booked an appointment previous evening for 8am -14 hrs cleaning with 380 EUR.A lady with her approx15 yr old daughter came at around 8.40hrs with just her handbag..I gave xtra money for the cleaning lotions and hoover/brush etc.
The lady went to the nearest shop...came back with some stuff that fits her handbag.strted cleaning from around 9.15 hrs... wanted to drop to her house to get the hoover - my husband did the same.the lady was in and out for cigarette... when she came back, there was another girl...probably her second daughter...cleaned and was about to leave without even cleaning the second sitting room and the dining... cleaned the same on my request, but she wasn't happy with same..asked me for how many hours I have booked...etc .I told her that I have all the instructions / description of what all I have to do written in when I filled out the online quote form.I paid the remaining amount of 360 EUR before they left .... again my husband dropped them off as they weren't able to walk with the hoover... They used all the old mops and brushes which was to there in the house and kept cleaning with dirty water...I contacted the company few times who asked for pics which I whatsapped as requested...no reply from them as they have received the amount for doing nothing.the whole house was cleaned again by me with a massive difference ....
I would not recommend this company at all...no honesty in what they do...no customer courtesy tooo.... it's a week now and none of the team contacted me.... please do not have this company for anything....very bad....

Booked and paid a deposit a week ago for a cleaner for 8 hours today . nobody arrived so I text , she said they would be there in ten minutes. still nobody came and i text again and she just said she got mixed up and that nobody is coming?!! no pre call to say its cancelled and no apology . the worst service ever. do not waste your time using this service. i read the other reviews and gave benefit of doubt but take my word..... disgrace

Really poor customer service! They offer the option to pay an extra €10 for the cleaner to bring mop and Hoover. I was delighted with that, and this was the main factor I chose this company. Unfortunately, the girl arrived here without mop and Hoover. I thought it could be a confusion, but no. The cleaner knew I resquested them and showed me the message where she told "Sandra" she didn't have the equipments. But Sandra said: will tell the customer to provide!
I called and message Sandra as I understand this can happen sometimes. I asked if she could send someone else never got an answer. After not hearing back from her I asked if she could please refund my deposit. She finaly replied, didn't say sorry or try to find a solution just said "yes". Which I thought it was very disrespectful!After a week chasing her to confirm if she processed the refund I still didn't hear anything back! Very disappointing! I don't like to leave these bad reviews, but I do look at reviews before hiring a service. I don't recommend this company! I can't say about the cleaning job. But if there is any problem their customer service is horrible!

SCAM - Do not book with these people! They take a deposit without confirming a booking! I emailed twice to cancel and get deposit back before the due date with just automatic replies. Impossible to reach them on the phone. Got a confirmation email the night before the cleaning was due even though I had cancelled and never heard from them! Now they are trying to take more money from us and are ignoring any contact.

Do not fall for this. We will be turning to the police next.

That is all a lie - but even if it was true - how come you reply on Trustpilot but not on your emails to your customers? I STILL haven’t had my refund or a personal reply. I do not want to reschedule as I had real cleaners come and do a great job. You are thiefs and people need to be aware of you. Since you stole our deposit you have attempted to take more money from us multiple times. Nope, good luck with that. I hope the police give you the fine you deserve!

Took a deposit for cleaning, did not turn up and have refused to return the deposit. I think this is a scam as the mobile rings internationally

Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
They supposed to come on Monday. I canceled all my plans, stayed at home and they never came, also took deposit money. I had to go search for number and WhatsApp them, they just said no one can come, I asked if someone will come any other day, she never came back to me on that. I really hope to get my money of them.

We contracted Cleanless.ie to carry out an end of tenancy clean on a 3 bed house.
We are very dissatisfied with the service they provided.
We paid extra for the cleaners to supply their own vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, and cleaning products.
The cleaners arrived without a vacuum, no mop and bucket, and a questionable amount of chemicals.
The house was vacant, had new timber floors installed, most appliances were new, and was fully painted before they arrived which really only left the bathrooms, kitchen and utility needing attention. (Not that much to do)
The cleaners did not clean the listed items on the advertised “vacate clean” list, and needed to be shown the list and micromanaged to begrudgingly complete the listed item before they left.
Overall they did a very poor job and we paid someone else to finish it.
We tried in vain to contact Sandra to advise her what happened, but no response other than swiftly taking payment off my Visa card and not returning any emails.
It was a waste of time and money, and we obviously won’t use them again.

Booked for Friday at 10am and cleaner never showed ?

Still trying to get my deposit back since 12th July......
the woman who answers the phone is the rudest most arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter........she refuses to put me through to the manager and hangs up...........avoid at all costs!!!

Incompetent doesn't begin to describe this company!
My partner has booked an appointment on two separate occasions...... On both occasions the booking was cancelled at short notice. Alternative date offered which we declined. Deposit Still hasn't been refunded but to add to that, on the alternative date that was offered and declined they stole the full amount from our account without a booking even being made!!!!
Of course, it wasn't her fault, it never is, no apology, just more excuses, 'it wasn't her, it was the system!!
Some of the cleaners may be top notch but unfortunately the management are arrogant and incompetent....... never again will we use this company!
