I had 2 ladies come and do deep clean and I have to say the job is brilliant, couldn’t fault it BUT, I had the 6 hour deep clean for 120€ I paid a 20€ deposit on my MasterCard and I paid paid the 100€ On my Visa card when I got an email to say all was finished. 2 hours later I got an email tellin me the girls worked 2 hours extra which equates to 4 hrs and that I owe them another 80€. I thought I’d leave it till the morning and call Sandra the boss. I later checked my bank and found that Sandra had taken 80€ off my MasterCard without my authority. Surely that is theft….
I asked for a deep clean not an end of tenancy as I’m not going anywhere. I have screenshots of all the details you sent me. Yes you did email telling me about the extra 80€ a few hours after I paid you the 100€ and then you you took the 80€ out of my MasterCard account without my authority.

One star is not good enough for this person. I booked cleaning job first was told pay deposit of 20euro which I paid. Secondly they didn’t show when I rang she didn’t reply. Cleaner showed up 30 minutes late for a 3.5 hr job. The job was not done correctly bathrooms no bins emptied bed wasn’t even made in bedroom. Rubbish was left lying around one bedroom. Tried pay 35euro to cleaner but she didn’t take cash. After that I checked the house and noticed the problems . I then told the women the issues and I was ignored. I have since got 17 messages on WhatsApp off abuse including threats and messages saying fuk uuuu from the owner off the company. Calling me a scammer and saying I planned on “robbing cleaning” I have ended up blocking the women as abuse and threats got so bad. This lady is complete scammer I paid with revelot To protect myself I never scammed anyone want proof of pictures and messages feel free to email. BELIEVE ME DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Contacted them to see if they provide the service in Birr, was told that they are nationwide. Booked a 4 hour clean for a Friday morning at 8am. At 15 minutes past midnight got a Facebook message that they would not be there in the morning and would have to reschedule. Okay, not best pleased but took the alternative offered which was for today at 13:30pm. Got an email with assurance that they would definitely be there, named the cleaner who would be coming and confirmed the time. Then this morning got an email to say it was rescheduled to Friday, no asking if it suited, no apologies for any inconvenience, no explanation. Called and was told that another customer cancelled so they were not coming. Obviously I cancelled as they proved to be completely unreliable...

Terrible service overall, arrived 25 minutes late (people get lost I understand this, but running a business... pick up the phone and call your client out of courtesy, even slip in asking for directions on the call) left 25 minutes early, I received a text "I warn you I have gone and the door is left open"
I paid €15.70 per hour and they will not clean your cooker unless you pay more, when I arrived home I genuinely thought we were robbed, the state of our sofa, our 2 year old toddler was even in shock to see the heap it was left in. The silver in the bathrooms was cleaner before the cleaner arrived, all cloudy and definately not in any way clean, without getting into all the detail the best bit was I just paid up the €55, no interest in bickering over it and I gave feedback, I was offered a 15% discount on my next clean, really this is just offering my cleaning time back that I had already paid for, I wouldn't consider that a discount, when I contacted the cleaner directly asking did something happen that she left half an hour early she explained that she was tired, she did offer to come back tomorrow or next week.

Person on the other end of the phone should not be dealing with customers!! Rude and obnoxious are nice words to describe her. I was overcharged and rang to enquire and she was horrendous about it.
The cleaning wasn't worth it, for example, the lady cleaned the TV unit but only the front of it and left the back and didn't clean floor where the "bits" that had fallen at the back of the xmas tree... Paid the extra for the supply of cleaning products thinking they'd be good quality but they were very basic.

I just received a reply to my review Finally from last August. Read carefully and you will see what type of a company you are dealing with - how unprofessional as I said in my review.

No need to reply Cleanless you have said it all in your unprofessional response.
One piece of advice I will take from you is that I will definitely use a different cleaning company

2 woman arrived 1 hour late and stayed for 2.5 hours at an already cleaned apartment. (Only got them because the letting agent said needed to be professionally done) They then tried to charge €140 for this. After I explained this to them, they just took it from my account without asking. Completely illegal. Do not pay the deposit because they will take more from your account.

This is a terrible service. We paid a lot of money for a deep clean before moving into a previously rented house. The cleaners came for half the time they said they would and it seems the house wasn't cleaned at all. So disappointing and a total waste of time and money. I'm not the only one, sonmany bad reviews below. I only wish I had read them beforehand. Would not recommend.

Cleaner was really really lovely but the floor wasn’t mopped. So disappointed. I have a small baby and this was like a treat to myself to help take the load off but it’s actually been more hassle because I’ll have to go back and clean it myself. I would have thought a company like this would tell their cleaners to mop the kitchen floor as part of a house clean. The mop head wasn’t even used.

My experience with Cleanless was really good and I will definitely hire them again.

I feel like I was robbed!!! STAY CLEAR. It was alot of money for me to decide to fork out €170 of my money, but I did to really get a deep clean once off. I met 2 girls, had the house in good shape when they came (all surfaces cleared- making it easy for them to just get stuck in). My biggest thing was dust and surfaces to be cleaned. I didnt want beds done etc..just surfaces/dusting main thing. I went through each room - repeating (skirting, cobwebs) Despite paying €170, they left after 4 hrs (which I would be ok with if the results were good). I couldn't wait to get home! And omg.. what a disappointment..I was gutted. The bedrooms werent even hoovered (!!!), the floor way sticky, I took layer dust of every skirting with finger each room, kitchen units still all covered in food/splatters, silver rads manky in bathrooms. The real basics not done. I took 20 pics and shared them to my contact straight away, with videos of floors/dust balls, thinking.. theres just no dispute here ! But it was the attitude after - "these pics were taken before cleaners came"...so I screened time/date of them. I had videos wiped finger along top of window sill and layer dust .. like no dispute of the bad results here! However, they still took the money out of my account (with no invoice or authority to do so) and I said to them that I am happy to pay some figure here but I do think I should be reimbursed something...and no way..no response. On top of that she sent me 20 pics of my house "cleaned" (no close ups like I had) ... are people allowed take pics without permission of your whole home? I have had no luck getting a correspondence. But my warning ..RIP OFF MERCHANTS... STEALING MONEY..WONT DO A GOOD JOB, BUT WILL TAKE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT THE MIN YOU PAY DEPOSIT. I would love to share the pics/vids here so people could actually see them... you WOULDN'T believe they were "afters".

Please do not get in touch with this cleanimt company..... so a few months back I rang organised cleaner said yes they can come and then cancelled the day before saying they couldn't get a cleaner .... then last week I got back on to the company and and paid my deposit and they gave me a date then Sandra the MANGER of the office emailed me told me I did not pay my deposit after I sent a screen shot of my money been paid she ignored me and never emailed me and I left voice note also .... so I picked deep clean for 4 hours 80 euros once off .... she today emailed me saying there is no cleaners available but if I want more hours in my house after booking 4 hours for 80 euros they can get a cleaner after I booking this last week paying a deposit as well they want more money off me she is very rude to deal with stay clear of this company there only after money once you book they will try get as much money out of you as they can this is not the first time something like this happend.... SCAM
