I ordered one small fluorescent tube, which never came. After several weeks I reached out to them and they cancelled my order the next day. They said that they would refund my money, but weeks went by and they didn’t. I had to follow up and eventually did get the credit back on my card. I wish I’d seen these reviews and saved myself a lot of wasted time while my project sat idle.

There is nothing right about this company. Do NOT give them your money. It’s an absolute scam. From ordering to receiving to getting a return here is everything that is wrong with them:
- delivery takes forever
- item arrived damaged, completely wonky lamp.
- item is so tacky and cheaply made not how described via their marketing.
- upon trying to return this faulty item I was given a return address in China and told they would reimburse me for the shipping. I told them yo provide a return label they said you should cover the return. in thier policy it doesn’t say that.
- terrible customer service by ‘Liam Ryder’ I doubt this is one person or even someone’s name.

Garbage cheap product, doesn’t work and no support whatsoever.

Cleanlino is Just a Scam. i received my chandelier broken and damaged. i contacted the manager Liam Ryder but he refused to help. he is a scam seller. the lamp came with a cheap broken box and the quality is very cheap not at all as it shows on the website. i paid £1280 and received a cheap copy. please dont buy from them as its a Scam website.

This company sells knock off products at exorbitant prices. Not worth it in any way.

It's a scam! My lamp was broken and cheaply made upon arrival. Never managed to get a refund because of the terrible customer service...

My mother ordered a lamp from cleanlino.com in December. It arrived two months later, in a flimsy package. There was not receipt or details on how to return or exchange the product.
The light the lamp emits is negligible, it isn’t the kind she wanted, and the tap and dimmer functions do not work. I have repeatedly tried to get answers on how to return the product and/or fix the issues from a so-called Liam Ryder at the company but he has been giving me the run-around. This company has zero customer service and Kafka-esque return policies.

I should check their review first. I order a lamp that is $3600 and they sent me a different( smaller) version which is $799. But still the product looks like only worth $30 I’m so regret and I’m going to talk to my bank tomorrow hopefully I can get my money back.

This company is apparently a scam operation. There is a customer service 'rep' answering emails, but there is no shipment that can be tracked.

I was given a fake tracking number with one tracking company website being a fake/not existing and another website to another shipping company that seems to be a 1990's webpage setup that does not recognize the tracking number I was given.

I had to contact this 'rep' to even get a shipping notification after I canceled the order and now nothing has actually been shipped.

I'm in the process of having my bank intervene here for a refund. How this company is able to advertise like they do on social media and perpetrate a fraud to this extent is remarkable.

When I told them I had tried and asked them to provide a return label they said simply my return was now outside the 30day policy and no return could be made.

Total and complete fraud and a scam. What a shame. The product quality is abysmal. The packaging is a disgrace: could not bear to look at or keep the garish flowerpot imitation that they sent.

Cheap broken horrible product and they are beyond terrible at processing returns - and two months later I haven't gotten a refund.

Perfect for those who want to have luxury products at affordable price in their home. it is worth the money and is easy for relocation. highly recommended👌

One star is one star too many!

After 6 months I’m STILL WAITING for my order to be correctly delivered.

Constant delaying tactics and incredible inefficiency with any excuse made up to not refund purchase price or supply the correct goods.

This is clearly a sham fake company run by a so called Liam Ryder … doubtful that is his real name who doesn’t even answer phones he just delays, delays delays !!!!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS DODGY COMPANY WITH A TEN FOOT BARGE POLE!

Can't give them zero stars. Basically a fraud. They're making cheap, as in plastic horrific cheap s*** in China, selling them over prices, hoping your the next sucker who fells for the trick...

This company is a total racket/ scam/ fake. I ordered two identical lights. One was what I ordered though extremely poor quality. The other was broken, the wrong colour and the wrong size. Three months later I don’t have a refund. I’m a lawyer so well equipped to deal with them but the company essentially relies on people giving up. They have told me they refunded my money and ask you to jump through truly ridiculous hoops. For example, they wanted a video of the defective lamp and then told me to convert it to a different format even though the video was shot with iPhone. They made me send the lamps back through a bizarre courier company that was basically the back of a van. At this point, I’m pursuing my refund as a personal challenge.

This company sells counterfeit goods, do not buy.

This company is a scam: 1) the product is sub-standard 2) there is no way to return the product. When I asked for a refund the service person came back twice and offered me first a 25% refund to keep the product and then a 50% refund to keep the product. I refused and have tried to return it but there is no way to do so. Do not shop here!

Never EVER buy from this company. Their rip-off and subpar product arrived in the most pathetic packaging ever, with multiple dents in the metal and the stem. I was overseas for the month it was delivered, and when I explained that in my email, their response was I was not entitled to an exchange or a refund “regardless of your excuse”.
Absolutely dodgy company!
