Received a fake and faulty product. This company is a scam and I have notified instagram of it too. Now in a long and hopeless process of getting my money back. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing, but can only hope that no one else makes the same mistake!

Fake Panton flowerpot lamp
I ordered a lamp. Genuine pictures were posted but the shipped product was a fake and the base of the lamp was bent. Will now start the (probably long and arduous) process to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

So many red flags
I placed an order (unknowingly) under the guise that the products were genuine. When I placed my order I immediately was taken to a page which I interpreted to mean that if I clicked the "activate discount" button it would give me a 10% discount on the product I'd just purchased. Instead it charged me for a second product, which was discounted by 10%. At this point I knew something was fishy so I immediately emailed to cancel the entire order (both products). I have emailed again and contacted via Facebook and Instagram but have had no response to anything. Their website states that "orders can be cancelled until they have been sent to processing" of which I have had no confirmation so assume I am still in the window. Horrific (non-existent) customer service and have since learned the products are not genuine.

Shady advertising, fake article
Unbeatable prices, aggressive advertising (these two things should have tipped me off), official photos of articles by European designers - but then got a flimsy fake article directly dispatched from China (with a spelling error in the company name and an absurd spelling of the designer on the packaging). Reclaimed the money via PayPal which worked. I would not recommend buying there.
