Same story here for me when I contacted them to clean two bedheads and a sofa. 28 minutes and charged $407 with no improvement visible.

Upon investigating, this is an Indian couple working out of Melbourne with a network of subcontractors in QLD, VIC and SA. All are untrained with no professional chemicals or equipment earning around $20/hour when the company is banking $800/hour. Pretty much a shell company.

What they don't know is I work in public affairs and have an extensive network of Australia's best journalists. If anyone is interested in providing an interview for a piece on A Current Affair, please let me know.

Really poor cleaning service. Untrained, ill equipped, left an unbelievable mess which took me an hour to clean up. Some areas of the curtains are worse than before the job started. Overall a poor job. And charged more than the quote.

Unprofessional, unreliable and poor quality of work. Too much water used to clean and left water mark stains on my couch…still waiting to be fixed after 5 months!

An excellent service from first visit to last by Jack. The work was done to a very high standard and he's not only cleaned the carpets brilliantly but has (fingers crossed) successfully tackled the moths. Well done.
