Firstly, I will say that they have responded to all my emails.
I ordered the vacumn cleaner as a present during the black friday event,17th Nov. Which was then confirmed as processed on the 21st. The link that was sent for tracking has been stuck at processing for all this time.Due to the delay, I was offered a free brush for the product or % off reduction which was a nice gesture. After several emails though,I finially asked for this to be cancelled and a full refund given as there was no sign of delivery and I needed it for a present. The last email confirmed they would cancel my order,which was great,but I wouldnt get the refund they got the product back from the shipping company. So currently I'm out of pocket with no idea when I'll get my money back which is disappointing.
It a shame as the cleaner looked good. Maybe a message about delayed delivery times on their web page would be useful and would help manage expectations.

Bought from them a couple of weeks ago and the "tracking" from some weird carrier called YunTrack only shows processing. Reached out 3 times to the company and all they do is tell me it's shipped and resend the tracking. Really concerned this is a scam as they are not being very helpful at all in finding my package or sending a replacement.

I ordered a cleaner for my LEGO in November. Got an email on 25 November saying it had been sent but tracking link didn’t work. Chased 5 December and was sent a new tracking link but still didn’t work. Chased 11 December and told there was a festive backlog and that they would follow up with logistics company. Questioned this and sent an identical email on 13 December. Save yourself time and trouble and don’t deal with these time wasters.

Maybe i'm using it wrong, but it's a small vacum cleaner which you can retrieve the pieces of Lego, but overall, it doesn't clean that great.

Great product, gets rid of all the dust from my lego, getting into all the corners with the different heads.

The mini hoover is absolutely perfect for dusting my lego sets - the brush especially dusts the hard-to-reach areas, and it effectively cleans the spaces in between studs, where I previously found difficult to clean. The different attachments allow for flexibility on different surfaces, as it also works well for dusting non-lego things on my shelves. My one criticism is that the battery life is relatively short, meaning I often have to charge it. However, this is not too much of a problem because of how quickly it can clean! Overall an amazing product and would definitely recommend to anyone with a dusty collection like mine.

Its a very effective tool to keep ur lego sets clean! Ive had this vacuum for over a year now and its still amazing!

Very Handy and perfect for stop motions. Before I start my stop motions, I always clean the surface with Clean My Bricks.
There is nothing bad to write about it.

Recently got a handheld vacuum cleaner from Cleanmybricks to get my collection a bit more cleaning than just using brushes. And it works great, the vacuum itself is pretty lightweight and comfortable to use to clean your models and other stuff. Also Works great with computers.

Great product works really well but I would to be able to use all the attachments on both ends if that could be done it be perfect

Works great for getting dust off my legos and more. Plus the filter area easily captures if a small piece does come off and get sucked up so easily retrieved. Product also looks very nice!

Ive placed an order for the new 2.0 model on 6-9-2024 and as of yet cleanmybricks have not shipped my item.

In an email reply on 25-09-2024 they promissed to send it in the same week as the date of the reply and they did not do as they prommised.

Still my order has not been shipped a month after i placed it (and payed it).

DONT BUY HERE!!!!!

Excellent service and excellent product; easy to use, really useful and durable.

It is very usefull to clean my legos and my collections

For years I’ve struggled to keep my LEGOs clean and every attempt to do it, would almost destroy them. But between the vaccum cleaner and the brushes it is much easier and friendlier to do it! :) totally recommend it

Great product and quick delivery. The total package (vacuum, brushes, extra filters) was a great deal. Highly recommend.

The shipping took so long. I almost forgot I had ordered the product. That aside, the battery life is horrible. I don’t even get half way through cleaning my sets and I need to recharge making cleaning a two or three day event rather than just one. When it is charged it does work well.
