Gave me a great service for freeing space on an almost unusable Mac

I got an actual answer, but it was only partial and not followed up in this instance, which was not my experience with CMM in the past.

Pretty dumb that they charge you 50$ plus every year and won’t allow you to just buy it once. 🤡🤡🤡

Clean My Mac does everything I expect of it.

I’ve used to clean my Mac for multiple years and been very happy with its performance on multiple different iMac and MacBooks. The updates are regular, but not intrusive and have always worked well giving me confidence that my machines are well protected and running clean and efficiently.

I’ve been so happy as a CleanMymac user, for 2 consecutive years, I feel secure and well protected.

I have had no problems with this product since I first used CleanMYMac. [about 3 years ago]. The team was very helpful getting me going.

Thanks to the team who I am sure are working under personal stressful situations re the geopolitical state of the world.

CleanMyMac really helped clean up an old Mac, and was the only thing that actually worked in dramatically improving performance. Fast forward to today, and I continue to use the program on my new MacBook Pro. I love the clean and modern interface, and most importantly, how it continues to improve performance day after day. One of the best software purchases I have made.

Simple to use, yet has the capability of allowing deeper dives into the state of your Mac as desired by the user. Great program!

I have used CleanMyMac from its beginning, and it has always been excellent overall. My only gripe is that I have one license for my main computer, but my little 13" Mac laptop can't be run with that same license, even though I can only use one of the computers at a time. Being retired, I am unable to buy a second license, so I am screwed. Why can't you allow splitting a single license between a main desktop computer and a tiny Apple Silicon laptop. Surely you have the ability to check for dual operation any time you wish. I hope you will consider making a change to your license rules. Money is important, but it isn't everything.

Always there when you need it

Great App! Been using it for years and is the only utility I trust on my M1 MBA!

Its simple to use and cleans up a lot of junk and helps my mac keep performing well. It makes it simple to take care of maintenance tasks that I might otherwise not know about.

Normally I’d give CMM 5 stars but the recent versions are a bit annoying in that, in my case depending on where desktop Mac with Intel processor it Mac laptop with Apple silicon. On the desktop it keeps deleting my passwords whether it’s unticked or not. On the laptop there isn’t the option to clear the Ram when using Ram-hungry apps.
Other than these I’m pleased with CMM and have been for years now.

Overall I’ve been very happy with the software for the most part. Where I’ve struggled a little bit is things like portable drives, it’s not very clear when the software is telling me there’s a space issue on the portable drive and then I try to run it and it’s running on my hard drive not the portable drive. Other than things like that it’s good.
