My computer works well and I had no issue with any virus

CleanMyMac is simple to use and makes it clear, at each step, what it is doing. It encourages me to use it more regularly.

I use and really like the features of CleanMyMac. I do however have Bitdefender for virus protection. I would like to discontinue my annual subscription of Bitdefender, but I am not confident that CleanMyMac gives me the same level of protection. I would like to see you step up that part of the program and you will have my business.

Very helpful sorting out subscriptions and matching app versions to OS versions. And, so far the app has worked well, without causing any problems.

I use CleanMyMac regularly to keep my Mac running smoothly and at top speed. Having used a personal computer since the 1980s, I know how quickly they can become bogged down by the junk files programs leave. CleanMyMac does this smoothly, while at the same time checking for malware and reorganizing files for smoother operation. It's a part of my maintenance routine.

What made my experience great is the product,
your customer service, ease of use of your products, except VPN. Not that VPN is a bad product, it is that IT IS TOO GOOD.
I constantly get info that there is a suspicion someone is using my computer as the VPN signal is not in Toronto. I have to go through the rigmarole of turning it off. That is annoying. Can this be fixed? If not, I will need to drop it and that won't please me as I really do like it. I like all your products and will continue to use them . Keep it going McPaw!

Easy to use, and has prevented so many issues and customer service through email I have always received a response back within 24 hours if not before.

Longstanding user of the software - like the updates with added features added regularly and the fact that I have the ability to direct where I need the cleanup to happen, and what I don't want included (like browser paswords)

Clean my Mac has revolutionized how I maintain my MacBook Pro laptops. Previously I used PC laptops that constantly had memory issues due to clutter accumulating. Their policy of updating their offering adding new capabilities has also been most useful to me.

I appreciate how easy it is to use and how the Clean My Mac application gives immediate feedback to me. Getting rid of clutter on a semi-weekly basis is a priority for me and consequently very useful. My MacBook Air works like a charm after a thorough cleaning.

The program does what it says it does and does it well!! Have been using for probably 10 years almost on multiple computers without any problems
