Buyer Beware – Inaccurate Results & Pushy Sales Tactics
I would strongly caution anyone from using the Clean Water Store. My experience was a mess from start to finish.

First, my water report arrived two days later than promised. When I finally received it, the results were clearly not from my water. The report said “no iron detected” — yet we have a huge iron problem, confirmed both visually and by Culligan. It claimed we had fluoride, even though we’re on a private well in an area with no fluoride. Most alarming, it said we had E. coli and coliform bacteria.

I immediately contacted them, explaining these results could not be from my well. They promised to get back to me — but after two days of silence, I had to call multiple times, only to get the runaround.

Later, I discovered that the Clean Water Store doesn’t test your water themselves. They send it through a chain of third-party labs, with no clear accountability.

After numerous calls and getting the runaround, Instead of offering to retest or refund me, they gave me a $4,600 quote to “fix” the supposed issues based entirely on their faulty report.

We have since retested our water through a completely different company, and as I suspected, there is no bacteria, no fluoride, and no iron detected. My only real issues are hard water and TDS — exactly what I already knew.

In my opinion, this is nothing more than a sales trap to push expensive treatment products using false or inaccurate results.

Stay away from this company.

The tech was friendly and helpful. The product was received when they said it would. And the filters work great.

Everyone on staff was polite and helpful and informative. A couple of seals failed and Matthew had the replacement parts sent immediately and it fixed the problem. So far the system works great.

I ordered three filters for the under sink reverse osmosis. The items were comparatively priced and as expected. Within a short time of placing my order, I tried to order the plastic compression configuration which attaches my plastic hose from my solution tank to be dispersed inline into my water. The original parts are plastic and substandard quality. I experienced a disastrous flaw when the line seperated from the nut, causing my basement to flood. I solved future issues with a plastic compression sleeve to go over the hose.
A replacement nut/ bolt setup would cost me $16 dollars. I anticipate this piece will break in the future being i remove/ reconnect the hose several times when I flush the system with hydrogen peroxide. It was going to cost me $9 to have this nut/ bolt send…
I’m sure you can understand my frustration in trying to prevent any future damage to my house and I i’m having such difficulty in obtaining these inexpensive plastic pieces for such an exorbitant cost

The filter worked perfectly. Delivery was on time.
