Never received my order and Clearance Day quit responding to my emails. They advertised using as an HSN affiliate but I believe was a total scam.

They had an ad on Facebook that indicated they were Wayfair. I bought an item and never got any confirmation or anything. The next day I had a bad feeling and went to their website. Their "about us" and other pages still had placeholder's where the company name and information should go. The second day, while on the phone with my credit card to file a fraud report, I again went to their website to find it completely wiped out as if they were starting all over again. Total scam.

Haven't had a email to confirmation for delivery will the bed even arrive? Dent two emails now and no reply

What a scam.i paid 80.00 never got item,only emails saying next week item will arrive,never gotem or credit that they said they will refund me,3 month later never got nothing.red alert scam,fraud

It’s a TOTAL SCAM . Paid for order in April and nothing was sent ! All money gone . No one will reply to my email that’s on order ! No other way to contact them! Scam don’t use just because it’s cheap!!

Tamaris shoes ordered &,paid for April 2024. Tracking info followed. One month later ePacket Thank you card arrives. No products. TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered (AT182422120CN) my items November 29, 2023. i received an email saying my shipment is on the way and was provided a tracking number. I emailed customer service about not being able to track my order and not receiving same, but i did not get a reply.

I just tried to see my order and i got a screen that showed my order cannot be found.

I need my order or my money returned!

I ordered clothes from them on Dec 1st 2023, now it is January 9th,2024 and I haven't received them yet. I checked the number they gave me and was told my order is delivered on January 4th which is a lie . It is located in Hong Kong and I contacted them by email at first asking if the business is trustworthy, they assured me yes. But I contacted them a few days ago asking why I did not get my delivery, they don't answer my email any more . A big spammer.

I have ordered some items on Dec 13,2023 and have not received anything as of today Dec25th. I would like to know if items will be coming or not.

I have sent an email via their sales email account to request for the returning of a faulty product - KOORUI Portable Monitor. Order no. 00704-007-0079 which purchased on 15 Nov. But no response from this Co. so far. It was totally a faulty product and unacceptable. It truly cannot be used. Would like to have someone from this Co. to follow up for me.

Returned item. I contacted Clearance Outlet and explained that due to health’s issues I was unable to collect my item from my DHL service point. Without hesitation they informed me they’d resend, priority next day at no charge. I can’t recommend them high enough and will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.

Disappointing Despatch
I placed an order 1/11/22 for an air fryer for Christmas. It’s now the 13/12/22 with no sign of it. I called last week, “it will be despatched in the next few days”. This week I was told, “the crane is broken”. Sounds very much like the dog ate my homework. A representative said they would contact me soon to follow up. Perhaps a New Years present. Have ordered from them once before with no problem but second time not such a good experience. Advertised was a twin pack light fitting and the Amazon price listed also matched the price of the twin pack. Even emailed to check that it was the twin pack as on the photo which they confirmed prior to order. When it arrived it was just one fitting making it more expensive than Amazon for something that was not in new condition and not as advertised. On pointing this out and trying to get in contact absolutely zero response in over a week. Will soon going through the hassle of having making a claim so not impressed and totally avoidable

This equipment is not working. My emails to you have not been responded to. I am quite disappointed but I will pursue all available means to get a FULL REFUND

wasn't sure about it since the item I was buying was so much cheaper here than anywhere else but what arrived was mint, perfect condition and delivered In one day. this was a brilliant customer experience and would recommend this site to anyone.

Had a defective paddle board which would've been a one off manufacturing issue. I phoned up and was sent a new paddle board and was told not to worry about sending the old one back. This one is perfect! Thanks so much!

I was looking for a new bigger HD monitor with webcam for home , prices were what I expected for new but I was not adverse to buying used or refurbed , so being a bit of a bargain hunter bit Googling and came across this site offering this at an incredible low price of £44 , the one shown had a mark on the frame thought I could live with that could not see a delivery charge so emailed the company and waited after a couple of days still no reply so hummed and harred about just go ahead and buy it if delivery is to much stop the transaction "free delivery" bargain I hope .
Few days later a big box arrived with my name on thought I have not bought anything that big of course got grief of my wife for buying more rubbish , gets box open to find the monitor , Packaging was a bit OTT but at least it was safe traveling to my home , gets it all sorted and plugged in WOW just WOW HD screen is great quality , being a business screen the quality is great , you need a USB to USB lead for the camera and download the app but easy enough , been using for a couple of days now well impressed for the money , I was expecting marks on the body but clean as a whistle , looks newish not covered in dust , thinking about buying one of there HP notebooks as I'm on dialysis 3 times a week stuck in hospital gets very boring with only daytime TV to watch , but skint at the minute so will put that on the back burner for a while .

I bought a CTEK charging cable which stated in the listing the box had been opened and the item not used. That description was indeed 100% accurate. It was sent and delivered promptly and works as it should. Likewise, the cheaper price reflected the description and indeed my very reasonable counter offer was accepted. Overall a good customer service, prompt delivery and great price. Many thanks and well done. 🙂👍
Sadly, some peoples reviews of a company should be taken with a pinch of salt, (in my opinion of course).
